Excellent safari experience and very good fair prices - We had a wonderful experience during our safari. The booking process was really easy, we booked the day before. Our driver Salinda was very knowledgeable and told us all sorts of facts about the animals we saw. We saw lots of elephants, water buffalo, monkeys and loads of birds. I would definitely recommend them the company, the driving was really respectful towards the animals. The entrance fees are included in the price.and This company prices are very fair. So we booked transport from sigiriya to Kandy again with Salinda

Fantastic Safari Afternoon - My wife and I had an amazing afternoon with Roshin, our driver/guide at the Kandulla National Park. Roshin explained that there are two national parks next to each other, in which the elephants wander or ‘gather’. We were very lucky, during our visit about 200 elephants were living in Kandulla, so that’s why Roshin took us there. Roshin picked us up from our guesthouse in a massive jeep. The jeep can seat five people, so there was loads of room for us. The roof was removed so we could stand up. He bought us drinks as well, for our five hour trip. Roshin spoke great English and was a knowledgeable guide. He shared his binoculars and wildlife book with us to explain the different birds, lizards and mammals that we saw. In Kandulla National Park, Roshin drove slowly through the forest, stopping to point out several large eagles, jackels, monitor lizards, monkeys and mongoose. In the open, Roshin carefully drove over the rough terrain to the different areas where the elephant herds were eating. Each time we stopped for a while, there was no rush, as we watched the elephants, sometimes in families, sometimes standing in pairs. Roshin parked close enough for us to take great photos, but not too close to disturb the wildlife. It was a very memorable trip.

Wonderful experience, must do. - We had an amazing time! We went inearly June on a Monday, and basically had the whole park to ourselves. We saw other jeeps 2 times throughout the whole day. We saw soany animals, probably about 50 or more elephants in about 7 or 8 herds including some babies and young ones. We also saw crocodiles, buffalo, jackal, monkeys, hundreds of birds, and spotted deer herds. Roshan our driver said that we'd been very lucky. He gave us the opportunity of going to the eco Park nearby as he could guarantee lots of elephants there and the entrance fee is much less (about 5000 rupees vs just under 22000) but we're glad we stuck with the national park as it is 100% amazing. Our ticket from Viator said that we had to swap the voucher they sent for a proper ticket in Sigiriya but I think that is incorrect. We never did it and it wasn't mentioned. We had the phone number that we booked with attached to WhatsApp and Roshan contacted us there and was very good with communication. I couldn't be happier with how good a guide he was. He picked us up from our hotel with cold drinks and took care of everything he very calmly knew what to do when an elephant charged at our car and it ended up just being extra fun and excitement. As mentioned entrance to the park is not included in the ticket but we were aware of that and it wasn't an issue. Just make sure you have enough cash. We did the 6 hour tour and I'm not sure you'd need more than that. All in all it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who asks.

Exciting and close encounter with wildlife - Absolutely incredible and totally exceeded our expectations. My husband and I are on honeymoon in Sri Lanka and this was such a lovely date activity. Roshan was our guide and he was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable and a good driver - knowing how to interact with the elephants when they came up close to the vehicle. We were in such good hands. We noticed he took us on less travelled tracks and we saw a crocodile, more than 50 elephants, water buffalo, jackals, spotted deer and loads of different types of birds. We went on a Monday so hardly anyone else there - we saw 1-2 other jeeps max. We would 100% recommend this experience - it was so fun! Thank you Roshan!

Highly recommend safari tour - Got to know Roshan through a friend. He is punctual and reliable. We were picked up from the hotel, taken on the safari tour and dropped back. His service was excellent and above all, he is respectful so as to not intrude the wild animals and observe them while not disturbing. A great experience.

Way too busy - We have been looking forward to this safari, unfortunately it has ended in a great deception. Too busy, far too many jeeps present in the park. As soon as an elephant was spotted, an anthill of jeeps could be seen within seconds. They came from all sides and drove off the paths just to be in front. Respect for the elephants or collage jeeps was far from being found. The elephants were sometimes even enclosed to allow "passengers" to take pictures. The Roosters behaviour of the drivers we and our groupmates experienced as terrible. Very unfortunate. After a lot of doubt we did a safari in Yale national park for a few days and fortunately we had a good experience.
