great comfort food, very knowledgeable tour guide, 10/10 would recommend - Colin was incredibly knowledgeable about local spots, but more importantly it felt like I was hanging out with a friend. We happened to have a lot in common and he tied that into the tour, talking about soccer, nerd/anime culture in the city beyond just the food. Very easy to talk to and it happened to be during a snow storm so it was just the two of us! Appreciated his commitment to the tour. The food was very tasty and well portioned. I didn’t eat breakfast or lunch, so the fries with steak, cheese curds, and pizza slice was a generous amount for my bigger appetite. I left satisfied and not hungry until a very late dinner. The ending hot chocolate instead of the usual ice cream made a lot of sense and was delicious. Maybe if I could change something, having less fried food to make it more balanced and less heavy but I understand that fried food is a big part of the food scene here. Worth the high blood pressure, 10/10!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! - We’ve done a lot of food tours in various cities, and this one was probably the best. Dan was just the right combination of friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. Bring your appetite! Don’t be fooled by the fact that it’s just a 2-hour “afternoon snack” tour.

Chilly weather / stellar tour! - We had a wonderful time walking around town discovering tasty snacks. Collin was delightful. He is personable and knowledgeable about lots of Minneapolis history and funny stories. We did not leave hungry!

Collin was a great host!... - Collin was a great host! He was very knowledgeable about the city and took us to a few different spots. There was some nice history mixed in, some great local options, and provided us with some dinner/drink recommendations for later in the evening. For us out of towners, it was a warm Minnesota welcome, and made us want to come visit again! Would highly recommend the tour.

Great experience! - Dan was great! He was very knowledgeable about the city and the food scene. He picked great places and we really felt like we got a true taste of the neighborhood while learning the history. He was very easy to talk to and made it a lot of fun.

We enjoyed our tastings... - We enjoyed our tastings of the flavors of Minneapolis. Colin was both pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He made the walk quite enjoyable. We were able to get an idea of the history of the areas as well as the dining options. Definitely worth the time. By the end of the tour, we felt like we were chatting with a friend who was able to give us ideas about where to eat. And who doesn’t like homemade ice cream?

The food tour was... - The food tour was honestly a blast, and the samples were fantastic. I loved all the different flavors and the variety of dishes we tried. It was also great to learn about the local history of the area. Overall, it was a really fun and delicious experience that I would recommend.

Must-do - Great walk around the city! Guide was very kind and knowledgeable. Definitely a must when in Minneapolis. You will not regret it.

Colin was very personable and knowledgeable about Minneapolis - Wear some good walking shoes as you will cover quite a bit of the north loop. Colin was a great host and the food was decent.
