Muir Woods and Sau Salito Tour - I had the most memorable time at Muir Woods and SauSalito town! The driver was super informative, helpful and even considerate of those with additional needs (plus toilet breaks) - the atomsphere was fun too. We also got a super cute tour of the SF town too. The entry fee was covered to the Muir woods and the driver dropped us off to the entry and explained all details very cerefully such that we could enjoy the experiece with such ease even as a solo traveller. 5 stars!

Muir Woods made easy! - The Muir Woods trip from Fisherman's Wharf was amazing. This half day escape to a national forest monument was easy, convenient, and an absolute bargain. Driving, obtaining a parking permit, and the park entrance fee are all covered. The best part was our professional, knowledgeable, and delightful driver Grady. Grady genuinely loves people and his job. I hope Tower Tours realizes what a precious gem they have in their employ. Thanks for a great experience Grady! Cheers.

Great trip, highly recommend. - This trip was a shuttle bus that left from near Fishermans Wharf, drove over GG bridge to Muir Woods. Our driver Lester was great, very entertaining. Lester recommended the path we should take to use our 1.5 hours of time in Muir Woods, we walked the paths, saw the beautiful trees, saw a ranger talk, hit the gift shop and then walked back to the shuttle. We then drove to Sausalito, where we only had maybe 45min to an hour. We grabbed ice cream at the local shop. Some people on bus opted to stay and take the ferry back to SF, we rode the shuttle back. Overall it was a nice trip, great way to see the Redwoods on a family trip to SF.

Muir Woods and Sausalito - We had lots of traffic so the self guided tour of Muir Woods was shortened to 60 minutes and time in Sausalito was 45 minutes. You do not have to take the ferry home. You can take the bus each way and save some money.

Good overall, but would probably seek a different tour guide more current generation/age friendly. - I think the tour is properly organized and structured well. I didn’t really appreciate the drivers boomer humor (ie. Making a small but tired trans joke in the first few minutes of the trip,m) and this is coming from a straight dude from the east coast who’s 30. He was a great tour guide, just old, and obviously has a different world view, so I think the tours culture is more fitting for older people. He definitely knew his historical facts of the city though. If you’re a younger person I’d probably recommend a different tour, or just put headphones in. it was still good overall. Just want you to know what you’re getting yourself into when going

Very concerned! - This was an extremely disappointing experience. I purposely picked this trip fo the extra time in Sausilito; however that did not happen. Not only was it poor time management, there were times I was genuinely concerned for our safety. We were already 10 minutes late before our driver boarded the bus even though all parties were on the bus. Then we spent 10 more minutes introducing our selves and 5 more for him to tell us about him. Basically it took us over an hour and a half to get to Muir Woods even though that was the purpose of the trip. All of that I could have dealt with but our driver/guide but was unable to complete his thoughts, he was incoherent and rambling. He repeated himself continuously and would stop mid sentence because he would forget what he was saying. The van would be weaving on very dangerous roads and he would be driving with one hand while telling us about tigers, sweeping a muddy bus, and how the manager wouldn’t give him coffee. I truly think he was doing his best but his inability to manage his time and thoughts made this experience disappointing and dangerous.
