- Not wheelchair accessible for the Rooftoops of the Duomo Cathedral
- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women.
- It is FORBIDDEN to introduce inside Duomo food, liquids, knifes, ceramic mugs and everything that can be used as blunt weapon.
- Kindly consider that after the elevator, there are around 50 stairs in order to reach the top of the Cathedral, and back down at the end of the tour

Roof terrace is a must see! - Our tour of the Duomo and the rooftop terrace was amazing. Our guide Chiara was very knowledgeable, funny and engaging and made the experience really enjoyable. The views from the terrace are incredible, we would highly recommend seeing it!

A must do in Milan. - Our guide was so helpful and I learned much more than had I try to walk the Duomo myself. The rooftop tour was memorable. Only suggest that the meeting point is explains as in the square IN FRONT of the book store as it took 15 minutes and lots of different people giving us wrong directions.

Wonderful informative tour - Carmine was an excellent tour guide answering lots of questions and taking us a great guided tour. Through no fault of his, there were so many other tourists that it was hard to keep the group together forcibly on the rooftop.

Communication problem with TripAdvisor - Unbeknownst to me, the tour was cancelled. I discovered this throw a TripAdvisor message while wondering where my guide was. I continued to receive reminders to show up for my tour up until they didn’t come. They did reach out on the app in advance of the tour to try to reschedule so I can’t really fault them, however, an email would have reached me. Now I am at my location with long lines and no way to see the Duomo in the scheduled amount of time 😡
