A Must-Do Milan Experience — Amazing Rooftop Views! - We had a wonderful experience on the Duomo rooftop tour today. The highlight is definitely going up to the roof — the views are absolutely worth it and give you a completely different perspective of Milan. Our guide, Marcella, was fantastic very knowledgeable, kind, and engaging throughout the tour. She used an iPad to show helpful visuals that made the history come alive. The tour felt informative without being overwhelming, and everything was very well organized. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Milan — the rooftop alone makes it a must-do!

Amazing experience - This was great, our guide Alexia was informative, which helped understand a little about the story of Milan & the cathedral. The roof top was just amazing. The architecture, the sculpting just beyond belief of what was achieved in that period

Milan Duomo rooftop tour - The tour through the interior of the Duomo was short but informative. I would recommend a separate tour if you are seeking more information on the interior. The rooftop tour was fantastic. It is not done with a guide but we got plenty of information about the rooftop from the guide before we went up.

Rooftop view of Milan - Views are 2nd to none. Worth every step. Had a tour of the Duomo the previous day that was also excellent- there was more information to gain by going twice

Guide was knowledgeable... - Guide was knowledgeable and brought illustrations for our education. Difficult to find the meeting place in the circled the piazza for 20 minutes. Almost missed the tour.

Take this tour if you want to stand outside in the sun and not realyl see inside! Horrible - the guide was okay, she made us stand outside the Duomo in the sun while she shared history. Then we entered the fast pass lane. Since we stood outside for so long we only had a short time inside and didn't get to look around. She then took us to the line for the roof but just left us there and security was very hostile and informed us that we needed out guide to enter. They finally let us in but the tour was not worth it at all

Irascible tour guide. - We were advised repeatedly to arrive 20 mins early, which we made sure to do. The guide was late, made no mention of this, didn’t introduce herself and was rude beyond any conceivable cultural differences. She was warm with Italian people she knew in passing, suggesting she may not actually like tourists and is in the wrong profession. A guest was late rejoining our group in the Duomo and she made a reference to people not being babies and that she told everyone when to return; it turns out he had gotten lost. The group seemed accordingly a bit tense. The entry cost to the Duomo was 1/4 the price of the tour. If I am to pay 4x for an experience, I expect that it would be professional and welcoming. My reviews are almost always positive and my family travels extensively.

late cancellation - Operator cancelled booking 3 days before travel as Duomo busy in the MORNING even though our visit was in the AFTERNOON. Customer service felt like not a priority and the notice was short. Alternative offered for a Tuesday didn't help a weekend trip. The communication was professional and courteous.
