• Chef and the City - Join the Chef and the City professional cooking workshop and become part of the Chef’s brigade, experiencing the thrill of working in a real catering environment! Begin by mingling and adding your own touch to the buffet curated by the Chef. After a brief 10-minute introduction, dive into cooking under the guidance of the Chef or skilled cooks. Each participant will have their own workstation, collaborating in groups of 4-5 on professional benches, as depicted in the photos. Enjoy the creative process of coloring dough with natural ingredients to handcraft 2-3 vibrant, delicious, and Instagram-worthy pasta shapes. The session concludes on a sweet note with the preparation of the world-renowned dessert: TIRAMISU. Focus will be on mastering the techniques for fresh pasta and tiramisu (pasta dressings or fillings will be pre-prepared, but recipes will be provided). After approximately 2 hours, savor the culinary creations at the table! Wine is included (1 bottle for every 3 participants). While you enjoy a glass of wine, the pasta will be cooked for you. At the end of the experience, recipes will be shared in digital format (via QR code or photo).

• Tiramisu - We will make the real tiramisu ‘in the classic version maintaining rules and ingredients of tradition. We will also reveal the true story of this dessert!

Participants will have the chance to cook in an authentic culinary workshop alongside professional chefs. They will immerse themselves in the world of Italian cuisine, experiencing the dynamics of a real kitchen brigade preparing a genuine catering lunch. The environment will be both enjoyable and educational, offering the opportunity to learn authentic cooking techniques. A highlight of this experience is crafting fresh, colorful pasta by hand, incorporating superfoods that are both energizing and beneficial to health.
