Day 1: Desert Tour from Fes to Merzouga

Azrou - A brief stop at the Cedar Forest of Azrou, home to the Barbary Apes, who eagerly await visitors to offer them peanuts.
Midelt - Upon reaching Midelt, a Berber village nestled in the Middle Atlas Mountains, there will be a stop at a local restaurant for lunch.
Errachidia - As the journey continues through the Middle Atlas Mountains and further south, the landscape dramatically shifts from lush and mountainous to arid and desert-like. However, the Ziz River near Errachidia breathes life into what might otherwise be barren land. A stop will be made at a panoramic viewpoint over the Ziz Valley, an oasis of palm trees contrasting with the red desert.
Merzouga Desert - Upon arrival in Merzouga, after a warm welcome with tea, guests will enjoy a gentle camel ride to the desert camp nestled among the golden dunes. Overnight accommodation will be in a tent, with dinner served under a starry sky.

Merzouga Desert - An early morning wake-up to witness the sunrise, followed by a delightful breakfast. Transfer to a 4X4 off-road vehicle for the journey back to Fes.
