⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Experience in Michès! - We recently had a fantastic adventure in Michès with my 15-year-old son and friends, and I can only recommend this activity! We opted for an ATV ride combined with a visit to Montana Redonda with the famous swings, and it was by far the number one activity of all our trips! From the start, communication with the team, led by Hector, was smooth, with quick responses to all our questions. Our guide, Sandy, took us to explore beautiful landscapes along the coast and shared fascinating cultural information about the mountain and local crops. We were surprised to discover a rice processing factory, where Sandy explained how they dry and sort the rice. It was truly impressive and enriching to see the whole process! He also took us to visit a place where he practiced fishing, explaining how he fished with nets, which was very interesting. Sandy was always attentive to capturing our memories; he constantly took photos of us with his excellent photography skills, ensuring we had wonderful souvenirs from the day. We were lucky to meet a friend of Sandy's, a fisherman who worked on preserving turtle eggs. He showed us these wonderful creatures, and Sandy even allowed my son to pick cacao, a memorable experience he will always remember. We also had lunch at a small local restaurant where the food was delicious, and we ended our adventure on the giant swing at the top of Montana Redonda in Michès. The swing part was super fun, and our driver Frank, very friendly, contributed to a festive and friendly atmosphere, with everyone dancing and singing. It was a safe, fun, and generous experience. I highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting Michès—it's a must-do without hesitation!

Family fun and more! - Our excursion started out riding 4-wheelers through Coco Beach where we stopped to take in the views and sip/snack on fresh coconuts. Afterwards we took a ride through the rice fields and stopped at a local rice farm. Then, we enjoyed a lovely local meal and transferred to an open-air vehicle for our ride up to Montana Rotunda. It was a brisk ride up and the views were absolutely breathtaking! All of our guides were pleasant, patient and ensured a wonderful experience by our family.

Scam! Extremely Disappointing & Misleading Experience - We booked an excursion that was supposed to include Montaña Redonda, El Limón Beach on 4x4s, and lunch. What we experienced instead felt like a complete scam. The night before, Hector (the operator) delayed our pickup by 30 minutes, which we were fine with. We were met by Sandy and taken to Montaña Redonda, where we spent about an hour. At around 10:30 AM, we were told we were going to lunch at the bottom of the mountain—before any beach or 4x4 portion. When we questioned this, Sandy was unaware of the beach and 4x4 portion of or excursion. He contacted Hector and Hector claimed his itinerary only included the mountain and lunch. I showed Sandy our confirmed itinerary, and he even sent a photo of it to Hector. Despite clear proof, Hector continued to deny it and insisted we were wrong. At that point, it was obvious we were not getting the excursion we paid for. We declined lunch (it was far too early anyway) and returned to the resort, feeling completely misled and that our day had been wasted. On the way back, Hector repeatedly called my phone trying to argue his case. He later offered to complete the remainder of the tour the next day, but by then we had no trust in him and did not feel comfortable continuing. We also were not available. When I requested a refund for the incomplete and misrepresented tour, Hector refused. This was not just poor service—this felt like a scam. The excursion did not match what was advertised, and there was no accountability. We also feel that Viator should stand behind their customers and remove operators like this from their platform. It was absolutely not worth $115 per person for just swings, a view, and lunch. The view is lovely, but after about 15 minutes there’s nothing else to do or see. You can easily find a better, more honest excursion for your money. Regardless, I would strongly advise others not to book with this operator.
