Shuttle from Port Everglades to Fort Lauderdale Airport

I had called and inquired about a pick up and was referred to the website, which was fine but there was no option that fit our needs so I called back and was told to just chose the one that closest fit to our needs and that someone would call after the pickup was booked. I followed their directions and all seemed great! They were prompt and glad great communication with me. I paid online $35+ for the service which I was happy with. While in route to our destination they called and said that I didn't chose the correct pick up and destination and therefore I needed to pay $60 more dollars. I was very disappointed as I did exactly as they instructed but then was charged an incredibly lot for a twenty minute ride. Used Lyft on my return transport and was charged exactly what I was quoted initially.

I booked our transportation on line and was given instructions when I called to say we were ready at the cruise port. We used All Star before but had booked it prior to leaving and at hotel we were staying at prior to the cruise. When I called the person on the phone said that we would be picked up in about 15 min. After 15 min. we checked with the Van at the port and were told that there were no private transports that day and just get in the van. There needs to be clearer information given for those that book on line etc. I highly recommend this service but they need to do a better job of communicating with customers.

The driver opted to wait 30 minutes for additional passengers since most of us had boarded his vehicle. None ever came. We did get to airport in time, but it was frustrating waiting with NO ONE additional getting on the van.
