If the weather is bad due to high winds, lightning, rain, storms in the area, unsafe conditions we will call you to cancel or move your reservation. Cancellations made by our staff due to weather will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel any rental at any time due to extreme conditions deemed unsafe with a full refund. All cancellations must be confirmed via email.

I had to reschedule my rental multiple times and the customer service was outstanding. The staff are helpful and kind. The equipment is in great shape and we had a wonderful day on the water thanks to Nautical Ventures!

I rented an ocean kayak for the full day. The cost was comparatively low, the kayak, paddle and vest were good. The personnel were courteous, I think we cracked a coupe of jokes. I returned the equipment on time. The personnel helped me launch the kayak, and at the end, pulling it out of the water. The kayak was out and ready to go there was no delay. If you want to rent a kayak at Riviera Beach, I know I will be coming back. This was my second time with this outfit.

We had a great time. Kayaks were clean and in good shape. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would rent from them again anytime.
