We purchased our tickets we paid $229 for you guys to tell us that you guys were fully booked and couldn’t do anything!! We are fighting to get our money back

Booked via an agency VIATOR.COM, and they must have confused two different companies of parasailing.
End of story, neither Company did have our booking in the system, we ended up spending 215 bucks for nothing and waited almost two ours for nothing.

Horrible company! They never showed up nor did they answer at the time of our appointment. I had to Dispute the deposit charge on my card. Do not use this company!
