-After launching our paddle boards from the boat dock, we paddle to a secluded, shallow water area and set up to begin our magical union with the Universe.
-The yoga session is a specially designed flow that is tailored to the paddle board. At the end of the session we lay back on it boards and meditate to the soothing sounds of birds chirping and and water flowing.
-The class is lead by Kathy, a certified yoga instructor with the direction of Natasha, the owner of SUP PUP and a veteran paddle boarded.
