Fabulous family FUN!! - Amazing family event. They cared deeply to ensure everyone 17 to 85 could safely participate. What a thrill! 11 out of 10 would do it again.

Great - Great experience, and amazing hospitality. Appreciated Chris’s help and convenience, and the pictures he took were great.

Fun experience! - guides were super nice and the jet skis were super beginner friendly. Just wish there were less jet skis at a time in the same place as it made it difficult to go at an enjoyable speed. Also they were charging 30 dollars per jet ski for iphone picture which was a bit crazy.

Don’t book - Me and my cousin booked for 1:15. Time got pushed back until 2:30. Then get there and once they got us set up we got in jet ski at 3:02. Was already back at the pickup/drop off by 4. I did speak with the lady about us not getting the full hour we paid for which was $140 then the $50 extra for pictures to be taken. So she called the instructor who we was with and she told them like 40/45 min we was only on there which isn’t true it was 30. She offered to have them take us all the way back out there but we have already had something else planned especially when we already changed stuff and inconvenience ourselves to fit they schedule. I felt like partial refund should have been refunded. They was very unorganized. Wouldn’t recommend using this company.

UNPROFESSIONAL changed times last minute . didnt care if they made mistakes . rubi & Alice werent professional - we booked jetskis, they changed our times 1 hour before. didnt inform us. they communication was poor. when they make a mistake they dont care because they have more clients to worry about. rubi and alice were awful.

Attention : they cancel your reservation and won't pay you back!! - We made a reservation for me and my 11 year old son to have a jetski experience at 4 PM. At 2.15PM we got a text message "we are in the process of closing our schedule, can you come in tomorrow"... As this was last day of our holiday this was not possible. Despites several attempts they refuse to pay us back. So be carefusl : if you make a reservation and you pay in advance : THEY can cancel 2 hours before and will not pay you back.....

I don't recommend caution - I arrived at the place at the time I scheduled, as the tour staff were already rushing to get to the place quickly. The surprise was that the boat was broken and I lost the trip that I paid for dearly. I don't recommend it and I don't do it, but I do business with this hard rock team

Some of these bookings are a waste of time. - They never showed up or respond to my direct messages. I definitely was at the meeting point prior to the actual meet-up time.

Broken Jetski’s - unsafe to drive - We were really looking forward to this but the quality of the Jetski’s ruined it. We opted for 2 Jetski’s and my partner’s was broken. It would not go past 20 kph whereas I was doing 60 on mine plus the seat was completely overheating and the engine did not sound well. He could barely get it moving. When I asked him to swap with me he wouldn’t because he was worried the Jetski was unsafe for anyone to use. Upon telling the Jetski guide about the issue, he completely disregarded it and told my partner “they’re rentals I can’t do anything”. At that point he should’ve given my partner his working Jetski as a paying customer, but he didn’t, he wanted him to ride out the 60 mins on a barely moving Jetski. My partner and I ended up sharing a Jetski 10 minutes before the ride was finished, and the staff that took us out to the bay didn’t care at all. Very disappointed as it ruined my time as well as I was worried about my partners situation. This company need to test their Jetski’s and have a better protocol when this type of issue arises. Not impressed at all.

Disappointing - broken and out dated jet skis - Shocked at the quality of the jet skis, spent $270 only to spend an hour trying to get the jet ski to go beyond 20km. Instructor was just as valuable, shrugging his shoulders when I said my engine is overheating and making unusual noise. Plenty of better, local options for rentals. Save your time and money
