My hour rental was cancelled due to rough waves. I was told I would receive a refund but never received it.

On the original date we were supposed to jet ski. They called us 10 minutes before we got there to tell us the water was too rough. The next day we called in the morning and asked if it was too rough and they said they don’t know yet. Then we told them we are coming from a far distance and to call us if anything changes. They never called us and when we got there they told us it was too rough.
