I had done quite a bit of looking into what ZWF was about. I was first welcomed by the pleasant voice of Camilla. The expert guidance by Katrina and Nick was great, as they allowed us to take our time with each animal, and we had ample opportunity to feed and hold them. They were full of Information and answered all of our questions. Our hearts were broken by the gentleness of the otter, gibbon, kinkajou, capybara, owl, lemur, and even the python, and boa. It was a joy to handle them all without fear and enjoy them as God had made them. We look forward to our next visit!!

It was a very fun experience. However, the group was very large and it was difficult to hear everything the tour guide was saying. We had to wait quite a while after our tour start time before someone showed up for our group.
The facility is very clean. The interactive portion of the tour was fun. I also was glad to see that the animals were handled carefully to make sure the visitors and the animals were safe.
