Sawgrass mill good choice - The journey is just over an hour, the drivers are responsible, arrived at the stipulated time and the buses are fine

Incredible punctuality! - Excellent service! Impressive punctuality, both when going and when leaving. I had a dinner scheduled at Sexyfish at 7:00, and I was afraid of not having time. The company assured me I'd be back in time. And that was exactly how it happened. I had ideal time to shop and still come back and prepare for my dinner. The driver's attention and zeal for the passengers was gratifying. When I get back, I'll search the company again!

Confortable bus, good... - Confortable bus, good driver. But the time table wasn't shown buy the time I booked the ride. When I called Customer Service they told the bus would leave as 9AM, and when I was wainting for the bus at the hotel, received an e-mail saying the time would be 9:40AM. The time table for going and came back the mall, should appear at the booking page.

Long bustrip to Sawgrass - It took 2,5 hours to get to the mall…the bus was hot and it picked up people from many different hotels and we just sat on… In the evening we waited 15 minutes for someone who never came into the bus…

Very bad organization. ... - Very bad organization. Have take fast minibus ride....and than big bus come for us and ride take almost 2 hours....driver knows 4 word of englis....allways late.

Not worth it - The bus broke down, we had to wait for another bus to pick us up. On the way back small bus and very full, I asked the driver where I could put the shopping bags and he told me that I had to see how I carried them, I had to carry them on my legs, it was at least 10 bags.... Horrifying ordeal
