successful day trip to Key West - Nice opportunity to experience Key West in one day. We especially liked the dolphin tour, our guide pointed out many fish and even dolphins and we were able to take great photos. We were a nice, international group and it was a successful day all around.

Key West is best in the Florida sun. - Wake up early, it's a long trip of about three and a half hours departing from Miami. Just go, it's worth it, the look is stunning.
The place is wonderful, and the most interesting is the amount of chickens loosened on the streets, which is a legacy of the rhinestone galls that were banned and ended up loosened on the streets of Key west.

Pick up - Terrible. I did not get picked up. I was at pick up place 20 mins early and waited over an hour. I confirmed multiple times that I was in the right place and nobody came. I called all the contact numbers provided to me and nobody answered. Nobody from the company tried to contact me regarding a cancellation

Poor - Key West, particularly the old town, was amazing and is not to be missed. In fact, we plan to return to spend more time here.
This trip, however, was terrible. We only learned the name of the driver, Manuel, due to a prerecorded message reminding us to tip him (played more than once).
We were supposed to be picked up from our hotel but received a message the day before to say we had to make our own way to the company’s office. We were dropped off here at the end of the day as well, but then watched as the bus turned into the street where our hotel was and drove straight passed it.
Unless you were buying a trip from the driver, he refused to speak to you. We discovered we were stopping for breakfast when the bus pulled up at a roadside cafe. There was no stop on our return journey which was over 4 hours.
When we arrived in a Key West bus park, the driver wouldn’t even point us in the direction of the attractions. He honoured us with a reluctant and gruff ‘yes’ when we asked whether we needed to return to the same place at the end of the day. We didn’t take his rudeness personally, he was equally unpleasant to everyone.
Really terrible service - but stunning destination.

Rubbish trip - Before I start I loved key west and would go back in a heartbeat. The trip down was ok and the scenery stunning but that’s where it ends. We booked through Booking.com and It started poor as we had booked a pick up from our accommodation as we didn’t have a car. All this was confirmed in the booking and via text the day before. The pick up never showed and we got a phone call 25 minutes after our pick up was due asking if we were still going on the trip. When I said we had a pick up we were told we had to make our own way to downtown Miami within a very short space of time to get a bus there at additional expense to us. Which we managed courtesy of Uber. However we got the bus and we’re advised the driver knew nothing of what trips were booked which I get but surely there should have been someone who could tell us what the process was. As a consequence although we got to key west we did not get our planned activity. Even the initial paperwork didn’t give an actual itinerary so we had no where to go to ask and struggled massively with internet. I did send a text to the lady who asked if we had made the bus I had no reply but the text was read. Then on the way back our drop off point changed without us being notified to further away without us being advised of this. If it was a family with children this could be very difficult. Would not book a trip this way again. The upshot of all this is that we loved key west but would definitely not recommend booking this way. We had booked a trip the day before with a local company who were amazing so there was no comparison I’m afraid to say. Please don’t be put off going to the keys though they are lovely.

Viator sent me to crooks. - I was told my pickup window was between 7:10-7:30am. I arrived at 7:26 and I was told my pickup time was 7:15. I’ve requested a refund and they are denying it. They lied to me and our taking my money. Viator isn’t doing anything about it either. They haven’t asked for my proof to fight for my refund. Don’t waste your time with either companies. Just go to key west and book something. Both companies are CROOKS and can’t speak any English.
