Best of the best - It was an absolutely unbelievable experience!
I saw a manatee right in front of me—so close it felt like I could almost touch it.
It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment.
The staff were also incredibly kind and friendly.
Hands down, the best moment of my entire trip!

Great family kayaking and paddleboarding experience - We did a kayaking and paddleboarding outing as a family (two adults and two kids, ages 7 and 3), and it was a wonderful experience. I went kayaking with our kids while my husband paddleboarded. We also went with friends and were lucky enough to see manatees, turtles, and stingrays along the way.
Diego helped us with the equipment rental and was very friendly and attentive. We had a great time, would definitely recommend it, and would love to do it again!

Hidden gem in Miami. Perfect for the family - Very entertaining. It was nice to be able to explore so much. The wildlife was very nice. The environment was clean, furthermore we saw iguanas, manatees and different type of birds. Diego was a great host, he took care of every detail. He as on top of everything. I went with my 10 year old son. Is a perfect plan for the family

Never thought it could be so GREAT! - I had an amazing experience with PADL. It was my first time and everyone been very very welcoming and relaxed. Bryan who led the group was fantastic! He was giving clear and valuable instructions first on the ground and then supporting on the water. Super knowledgeable, patient and made it so easy and fun for beginners like me. And we saw dolphins and manatees💞 Can’t wait for the next time. And it’s so easy to rent in many locations once you are comfortable on your own.

Thank you to Diego and team - This place was wonderful! We paddled for a while and it was such a gorgeous experience. When a storm rolled in, the staff, Diego and his team, were incredibly helpful, quickly stepping in to take the board from us and making sure we were safe. Truly excellent service all around.

Girl Scout SUP adventure - We went with a group of Girl Scouts this past Saturday and had a lovely time. Most of us new to SUP and the guides were super helpful, knowledgeable about the sport and the surroundings. Highly recommend a visit!

Terrible Services. Beware. - This was probably the worst paddle boarding experience I have ever had. The staff are rude and glued to their phones. No one is available to help. The most helpful people were the park staff. From the gatehouse to the lifeguards.
The concession staff were terrible. We are two women in our 60s, we could not lift the paddle boards alone from their self serve kiosk. The staff did not understand and brushed us off. They insisted we used our phones to rent the boards.
We had driven over an hour here and so we had to team up to get the boards from the kiosks ourselves. No one told us not to leave the small lake, we were blown all over the place to the point the lifeguards helped us come back by land with the boards. The staff then proceeded to ask us why we would even paddle board if we weren't capable. Excuse me??????? NEVER AGAIN.
