- Absolutely Unforgettable ATV Adventure! What an incredible experience! From start to finish, the ATV tour was nothing short of amazing. The guides were super friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt safe and confident, even if it was their first time riding. The trails were thrilling – a perfect mix of rugged terrain, scenic views, and exciting challenges. We rode through forests, splashed through muddy paths, and even stopped at a few stunning viewpoints for photos. The equipment was well-maintained, and the whole operation was run very professionally. It was clear they cared about safety and fun. Whether you’re an adrenaline junkie or just looking to try something new, I can’t recommend this ATV experience enough. I’ll definitely be back!

Disappointed - ***Please read the small print. There are all kinds of stipulations and deposits in addition to the price. Be prepared to get on a scale and they say you can bring a guest but it must be a child to meet the weight requirements. One of the members in my party was turned away because she is 61. Not a good experience

Customer service was bad.... - Customer service was bad. Poor communication, Viator description said no damage deposit yet I had to pay one. Entire time was spent in a single file line, the person in front of us was super slow and we did not get to enjoy our time. I wouldn't go back there.

Horrible all around, booked two experiences wish i would saved my money. - Where do i start, i booked 5 1 hour horse back rides, got there 30 mins early like requested, only to get there and the man said WE ARE CLOSED , with a confused look on his face as to why all these people were standing in front of him waiting for horse back rides. Told him we made reservations months ago for sunset horse back riding as advertised on the website, he had to call someone because he didn’t believe me, he took a picture of the confirmation and deposit and sent to person he was on the phone with, fast forward i assume it was the owner of the farm and how wife showed up, said they would saddle the horse up quickly and would honor the confirmation, an hour later after signing all paperwork paying the remaining balance we only got a little less then 30 mins on the horses with no apology no partial refund, all we got was they never sent us over the confirmation, we had no clue you were coming, then we had atv booked immediately after the horse back riding got there 30 mins early again like stated on the confirmation only to arrive to a long line cause the lady at the desk was swamped with a very long line and unprepared people, after we checked in i asked how long the wait was she said about 45 to an hour wait. Ok cool wasn’t mad, a wait is a wait, once we got our helmets on and picked our atv, the fun began, only for it not to be fun at all, it was suppose to be chase Santa glow in the dark night, only to really be chasing a snail, clearly they over booked themselves, there had to be about 30 if not more people in the atv line which means they couldn’t keep up with the entire line so we were going soooooooooo slow, on atv you expect to go pretty fast nope we couldv walked faster than we’re riding because the atv line was so damn long. Why they didn’t break all these people into groups blows my mind, i heard so many people complaining that it was boring and slow because the tour guide was going slow im assuming to make sure we didn’t lose the very last person 30 people behind us. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, clearly they don’t care about your experience only care about taking your money. Atv Miami i recommend you break huge groups up and i also recommend u ask people who wants to go fast and who wants to go slow, because the people who want to ride the atv for its purpose should be able to ride the atv and not suffer from the people that want to go under 2 miles per hour.
