Key West visit - Communication from staff was done 1 day prior. They were great! Great communication on what to expect before and during. AC temperature in the bus ride was too cold. Take a blanket! The stay at Key West could have been longer. The bus tour guide(Tamara) was very friendly and knowledgeable! Knew us all by name. Will book again with this company

Time is so tight - Time is tight! Your booking website should say clearly how long the activities take and the time frame of the activity. Our family took a key west tour with dolphins watching and snorkeling without knowing the activity frame and how long does it take. It ends up the activity will take three hours, and we only have total 5 hours free time in Key west for a one day trip tour. The activity really ruin our other activities! Hope any changes in future on your website for booking.

Okay. - The guide and bus driver were good. However, the bus was insanely cold due to the air conditioning being cranked to the maximum. After snorkeling and then sitting on the freezing bus, I ended up getting really sick. I also noticed that buying excursions directly in Key West through Fury is much cheaper than purchasing them in advance—which is what I did. I requested a price adjustment after seeing the same excursions advertised elsewhere for significantly less, but they gave every excuse possible to avoid refunding the difference. Because of this experience, I was very disappointed with Viator as a company. That said, the guide and bus driver were just doing their jobs, so this is not their fault. If I were to do it again, I would only buy the transportation and book excursions separately once in Key West.

Bad customer care - The AC was so strong that my dad (70 years old) got really sick halfway of the trip and requested emergency stop to use the bathroom. The tour guide had absolutely no sympathy, she complained that we might delay the trip (which we did not), and didn’t checked even once if my dad was ok. Even the other passengers were worried about my dad’s condition and offered medicine and stuff. The company should train their employees how to provide better customer service. Also, the bus should have prepared emergency kits on board.

Bus is in a poor condition. - Some of the seats are broken. There is a huge urgency to get to the top of the bus. There is no line. The kind of seat you get depends on where the driver pulls through before boarding.
