Great for kids and getting close to animals - Did the lemur and capybara experiences with a 6yr old and 8yr old. It was amazing and very educational. The rest of the park is ok… but definitely worth it for the experiences.

DO THE LEMUR EXPERIENCE - LOVED Jungle Island and Lemur experience! Great fun, animals are well cared for. Super cute zoo. Only feedback is that you have to do two waivers which seems redundant and wear bug spray, I got eaten alive.

Fantastic experience - I was worried this could be a place just for families and children but it ended up being an incredible place for adults too.
There are different ticket options spacing from the general admission that includes the entrance to the park, a playground for children and a small pool with water slides also aimed at children, to the ones including animal encounters in a private area.
There are plenty of beautiful animals to see, including parrots, capybaras, flamingos and many more. Staff is super friendly and happy to help if you have any questions. They also offer some small shows with interesting information about the animal involved.
Whether you are interested in learning about exotic animals, or simply looking at their beauty, you should definitely visit it.

Good time, but expensive - It was overpriced, but the staff was nice and meeting the capybaras was fun. There just isn’t a lot there for the money. The Capybara keeper was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. You could tell she cared about the animals.
I just wish they had more to see.

Fun day at Jungle Island - The park was very entertaining , specially the splash area. The only negative thing was that the water in the lagoons was extremely dirty.

- The water park for kids was under maintenance and there was no information on the site!
Arboring is the part and feeding of the animals too!
What remains is just to circle around to see the animals and a showcase of approx 30’!
I was with kids 3, 9 and 10 years old and we stayed in the park 2h!
Not worth the investment!

Bad is expensive - I found it very expensive for what it presents, there was a lot of bird cock on the paths and in the fences, my daughter has the face of the height of the fences, she put her hands to support and see the flamingos better for example and was pure cock. They charge you $15 to feed the goats, the fish and the flamingos, give you a tiny bag of food. The staff seemed attentive, but I didn't find one who spoke English, I spoke to 4. To feed the passers $7. $20 for parking. All expensive and bad, I never come back again, nor for free.

Not what I expected. - I’m not one to leave a review but I feel I must. My boyfriend loves sloths so I thought it would be a great experience for him. After seeing the photos from the encounter I was instantly sold on the experience! Booked for us both, excited & looking forward to the encounter! Turns out our guide was not knowledgeable as a tour guide I feel should be. She did not give us info on the sloths, really didn’t know the answers to our questions & used words like “basically” as answers to our questions. It wasn’t educational either. No fun facts. Just there to let us in the cage “basically”. I asked if we pick them up to hold them for pics or if she puts them on us to which she replied “you are not allowed to hold them at all.” Much to my surprise I informed her that was the reason I booked the encounter for pics like that & the overall experience as seen in photos. Her answer? “That’s marketing!” 🤷🏻♀️ I followed up by asking “what is the point of having a photographer along on the encounter with us if it wasn’t to capture those images professionally?” The other guests on the encounter with us agreed. She simply said “oh well you get to feed & pet them.” So if you want to pass a vegetable stick to a sloth & pet one this is the encounter for you! I expected more from the venue, not many animals, the ones there were a bit odd. A zoo would be better for adults as I feel this would be a great experience for children.

One word.. HORRIBLE - Absolutely horrible experience. 💯 AVOID. Verry dirty place, the water play is literally for 5 years and Under.
Horribly overpriced tickets. Out of the way, very limited (And VERY EXPENSIVE) eating options.
Not worth it at all. No showers for post "water play". Rude and uninformed staff.
