Ride at your preferred speed, whether you wish to accelerate or leisurely cruise and capture photos. Friendly instructors are available throughout the session to ensure safety and provide assistance if necessary. No prior experience is needed.

Upon arrival to Dinner Key Marina, we are located on Pier 9 (next to Pier 7). Look for the Yellow Smiley Face Flags to find us. (if you do not see us, continue driving on the road that goes along the water line, and you will end us finding us)

Awesome time - Everyone was nice and helpful and we had a really fun time! We didn't have to wait long lucky it wasn't busy.

Expect the unexpected!!! - I won't be making a reservation through a third party ever again. Viator I paid $178 through your sight and once we made it there we had to pay $326 more dollars at Miami watersports for paragliding and jetski. They wouldn't scan my ticket that was provided for the parasailing that was not right. If that was the case we should've just waited until we got to Miami. It was fun just didn't expect to spend that money for 2 hours.

Thrilling experience - This company was great. They really make sure you have the maximum of fun. I did the banana boat and the parasailing combo. Had so much fun and almost came up on free money that was floating in the water. GO WATERSPORT !!!

Parasailing - The parasailing was fun! The boat staff was down to earth—gave clear instructions and good vibes! Only reason I gave "very good" instead of "excellent" because their prices [across] online compared to in person is not consistent. Online you see prices like $165 but in person its $112. I advise that people to pay in person compared to the various prices displayed online.

It was great experience overall. Thanks to the guys! - It was fun. Shawn & Tom were absolutely wonderful. All of the JetSki guys were as well but the people working the desk can go to hell.

Unprofessional and horrific customer service - I reserved 2 jets ski rentals for Tuesday in Miami. Once I realized how far they were from my hotel and had to factor in over an hour of traffic I reached out o try and change the excursion but was told I could not. Only to arrive at my reserved excursion to find it was closed until Thursday. I am scheduled to leave on Friday and had other excursions booked which is why I scheduled it for Tuesday. When I reached out I the company I was told they do not give refunds. I showed up for my excursion and hey were closed and do not feel that is right to refund me since I was leaving Friday and there was no other time we could do it. Talk about horrible accountability and lack of customer service. Do not book them especially if you don't want to waste time traveling in Miami only to find that when you arrive they are closed for the entire time of your vacation.

Scammers - The place is a scam! First, reserved online 6 Jet Skies for $99 each. Got there and was charged $125 each for 6 jet skies. After riding the jet skies never was told anything about damages to the jet skies..just thanked us and please leave a review. They charged a deposit of $150 for each jet ski, mind you. A week later I haven't received my full deposit refund so I contacted them (they will only respond by email), they stated they charged me $450 for 3 jet skies being damaged, but there were no crashes that had occurred. No one bothered to contact me or let me know that I would be charged due to damages. Please be aware of this and book with someone else!

We were scammed out of our money. - We had an absolutely terrible experience at this shop. First, we paid for the jet ski for one hour ride, but we only got to use the jet ski for half an hour, and they completely failed to deliver the photo service we requested—this was entirely their fault. Since we were leaving the next day, they promised a refund if we emailed them, just to pacify us at the moment. However, after we emailed them, they refused to issue a refund and totally obey our agreement. The chances of us coming back to use the credits are almost zero. We lost about $430 in total—a truly awful experience. Stay away from this dishonest business. Don’t let unethical practices slide!

Do not use Viator for your water activities. - My experience with VIATOR was terrible. I was mislead time I had two experiences only when I got there I had one and was asked to pay 343.00 more plus 44.00 for pictures. I will never use VIATOR for anything again.
My experience with the water activities was amazing and created memories for a lifetime.
