Shopping experience - Drive takes about 60 minutes to the destination. Once there we received some information about the meeting point and discount coupons. Departure was at 5pm, we had over 6 hours, this sounds very long, however you need this time for the size of this huge center as well. As you know it from the television in part, many people are traveling with suitcases, interesting day that was worth it.

The mall is outstanding although you can find better options online and withdraw in stores or send them to the hotel. - The shopping is outstanding although you can find better prices online and send them directly to the hotel. The best nike and adidas

Delay and fee to more - 1 hour late for departure. When we arrived at the outlet, the driver said that most could match a time pro return, but that would charge U$5 per person per hour (in cash), easy way to make money no? And besides it was loose.

Stressful visit to the Sawgrass mills. - The service is super bad, pay for Thursday at 9am, when I arrive I heard tell the person who attended me that if I could go on Friday, then I was put on the minibus and lowered to wait for another one that leaves at 10:30am, they indicated that the bus back leaves at 7pm and left at 9am on top of that the super rude driver and did not want to give me any indication.

Terrible service, checked... - Terrible service, checked in at 9am as per instructions and told bus would be 10:10am as opposed to 9:30am, as stated on tour and company web site. Told to sit and wait, no communication. Bus did not arrive until 10:20am and was a bus run by another company with several stops before arriving at Mall over an hour later Staff at tour company were too interested in chatting amongst themselves and messing around. I had to keeping asking what was happening, feel that if I had not chased we might not have been told that the bus had arrived, apparently it was a ‘busy period’ Get an Uber instead, might me more expansive but far better than wasting 80mins hanging around

The bust departed 1 hour... - The bust departed 1 hour late and returnes at 9pm, not at 5 PM as advertised. I had to look and pau for a different transportation to get back at 5 pm

Bad, I do not recommend anyone to hire the services - I bought the transfer in advance by trip advisor, arriving on the day of the transfer were sold more tickets than available. We were pulled out of the van, causing us a big embarrassment. I don't blame anyone in Miami
