- 4-13 Years Old : Cannot drive a Jet Ski. Can Be a passenger on a Jet Ski if accompanied by an adult.
- 14 - 17 Years Old : Can drive or be a passenger on a jet ski if accompanied by an adult.
- 18 + Years Old : Can drive or be a passenger on a Jet Ski.
- Each Jet Ski has a weight capacity limit of 300lb (~136 kg)
