Great experience - The tour guide on the bus was very knowledgeable and animated. Great spots and got some good pictures and videos. Great price for all that’s included.

Good sites to see - Boat ride could of been better, I don't think the announcer was professional and didn't give much history of star island or name alot of celebrities.
The bus was not air conditioned downstairs.

Time frames off . Not quite reliable - Time frames are off. Was not able to complete the water taxis because had to catch a flight and the time given was not corrected to wait over an hour which would have cause interruption with my glihht

A disaster - When we arrived at the departure point we were charged 15 dollars more per person!The guide left us after the bus, indicated that the boat was leaving at 1430, we arrived and we were told on the boat that it was 1530! He left at 16! We're back at 1710! There was no bus waiting for us for the lathe! A mess all

Train wreck on a boat - Bus tour was good. Boat tour horrible. The worst ever. The owner was screaming and yelling. The boat was old had leaks and the music was horribly loud. Crew was unprofessional and complained the entire time. I would never suggest this.

Don't do it! - Worst tour ever! First, the staff at the tour office was the worst and most unprofessional group I have ever seen. There were 4 working males but none appeared to want to talk to us or help us - bizarre. One male worker at the outside of the counter talking away to the other guys working behind the counter with their conversation being more important than the customers. Our tour time was 2pm. We arrived around 1:30 and were told the bus had an issue and would be 2:30. We left and came back around 2:10. A different male worker said, "You're tour was scheduled for 2pm - you are late." I explained I was told earlier to come back at 2:30. He said ok, just wait the bus will be here in about 15 minutes. At 2:45, I inquired about the bus and was told it will be here at 3pm. The bus finally arrived, and my friend and I went and sat on top of the opened air bus. It was very hot. We sat for about 10 – 15 minutes when I went downstairs and asked why the delay. We will leave soon is what I was told. Another 10 plus minutes later I asked again and again told we would leave soon. I asked if they could provide water since we were waiting so long and all customers on top were extremely hot and was told if we wanted water we could buy water. They should have offered for free – there was less than 10 of us!
Then, the tour bus took us around not very good neighborhoods and stopped at a graffiti ridden area. I asked why we were stopping and was told to get off, walk around, and take pics of the area. Had already done that from the top of the bus. No one got off so we sat for 10-15 minutes. Then, we were taken to the Havana area where there was a store and other areas to shop or eat. The tour guide says if we want a good drink to follow him and we went into a little bar/restaurant. There was a guy playing violin and was very good. Our drink was good but expensive. The tour guy knew all the workers in the bar and stayed the duration of time we were there. When it was close to time to go, we could see him getting $ from someone at the bar – was that a kickback of bringing people into the bar… hmmmmm.
Then, we went to the boat, the boat was ok; however, you couldn’t understand the tour guide as the accent was way too thick (which was the same for the bus tour guide but I forgot to mention above) and we were told to come back to the bus after the boat ride. But by this time, we were so over the terrible tour we uber’d back to our hotel vs. waiting in a hot bus for everyone to show back up.
Horrible and would never recommend it!

If I could it would be -10/10 - Awful experience! DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR! Tour was a total of 6 hours We spend over 3 hours of it waiting for either the bus or the boat to arrive/depart. Got so bad we didn’t get the bus back after the boat trip as we couldn’t face waiting around for hours again. While on the tour we were taken to places where they would constantly try to sell you things which we were not interested in. Not worth the money at all. Would not recommend.
