It's okay, make the experience better - It was okay, it rained for most of it... The MC was informative about the locations but he didn't provide a great experience

Our guide for the bus... - Our guide for the bus tour was awesome. However, our bus didn’t have any AC which made it a bit miserable. We enjoyed the stop in Little Havana. For some reason our boat tour was booked with a different company (attractions4us). Not sure why this happened. I made one transaction on the Viator app. No one in the doc knew who this company was. They didn’t have a company sign at there station. We kept asking around and were directed t on the wrong area over and over again. I finally found a phone number for them and got directions to their booth. (They are located behind the Farris wheel.) The boat tour was ok. Unless you were sitting where the guide was, you had no idea what he was talking about. He would say “look over here…” Because we were inside the boat and he was outside we couldn’t see what he was pointing to.

The guide abandoned us at the harbor - This was a bad experience. The tour guide’s English was poor and we could hardly understand him. Then he took us to the boat harbour and abandoned us there. I told him that we are not taking boat ride snd gave to go back to the tour operators office as my car is parked there. He told us to follow the other members of the group and disappeared. That group was going for boat ride. I called the your operator’s office and told them our situation. They did not offer much help. I had to take a Taxi and return to the parking lot. It cost me $30. I have used Viator for 15 years and never had such a bad experience. Viator needs to review this tour operators efficiency and staff.

Poor communication - We booked the hop on hop off bus tour and cruise, planning to hop off at stops and explore before hopping on again to continue around the area, as we have done in many other cities. This is not really a hop on hop off. They stop and give you a specific amount of time at their chosen locations so you can spend money with their preferred vendors. The mojitos at Alfaro’s in Little Havana were weak and overpriced. The bartender told me they were $16 each, but only gave me $5 change from $41 for 2. The guide was very pushy about giving them a tip.

Late without notice - Tour was rushed at first with little organization. We were left at Bayside stranded for an hour. We called a couple of times for an updated eta & more time was added each time. Came back so late our car was almost towed.

Terrible customer service - Terrible customer service Bought a bus tour n boat ride just to get to the boat ride n they said I only bought the bus ride ... Then charged me an extra 75$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible! - If the tour operators and folks in the offices do not recognize the trip advisor booking then you have a problem. Missed this tour because the folks in the office and one of the tour guides told me that that the my booking was not for them. I think this company and trip advisor should fix the description on the tour. The stafff was less than helpful. My recommendation is do not do this tour until they have fixed their systems.

Horrific Christmas Experience - Hold Viator accountable for lack of cancellation notification. Viator should communicate with big bus to ensure vital information. We waited for the tour bus for a 9:15 am pick up. At 9:34 am I called to inquire and found out that no bus will be coming. Next bus tour will be at 1 pm. Plans were ruined. I asked for a refund for trip and parking. They said no to the $30 parking.

Pathetic - Nothing memorable It was a disaster from the very beginning . There was total chaos at the starting point. Bus started at 3pm and time was 2pm. Very poor air conditioning as it was very hot and humid and itinerary mentioned was not followed
