Bike Day in Miami - Great day, went all around up to Bayside. Loved the Venetian Way route. Definitely worth the money paid. Will do it again.

Fantastic tour! - The trip was particularly nice indanoa the hot weather. Guide Adam showed us nice spots and beautiful views of Miami Beach. In addition, he knew a lot to tell. Adam himself was very handsome and very funny!

Must do - A must to do! Hire in Bike&Roll is fast and efficient, especially if you book in advance! The staff is super friendly. Cross Ocean Drive and its mythical avenue to go pedaling by the beach, slide your feet into the sand and smell the fragrant iodine air of w33d along the ride, greet the Coconuut guuyyss when you pass by. In 2024 I rented skates and in 2025 a bike, each time the experience was perfect.

Excellent service and friendly staff - Excellent place and very secure surroundings. Good condition of the bike and very friendly staff. The store is in the middle of Miami Beach.

I recommend - Very comfortable and quality bike. Service and very fast rendering. Nice staff. Bicycle path everywhere so very accessible and safe. Little less for not having a luggage rack but nevertheless a small pocket in front. Closing time a little early returned bikes at 5:30 pm.

No warning provided, required by law - While the bike and people at the shops were very nice. They neglected to provide me the notice of laws surrounding electric bikes. This notice is required by Miami law. I proceeded to bike with friends on the beach and was provided a $100 citation for riding an electric bike in a prohibited area. The entire incident was unfortunate and avoidable. I requested a refund and compensation for the ticket. No response as of 1 week later after multiple emails to Maria (manager) and a phone call. I’d expect better.

Problems booking - When I want to make a reservation for this activity, it does not allow me to put more than one adult when indicating the amount. I need to book for 2 adults. I travel in February 2023...
