Key West, A Long Day But Worthwhile! - A Great visit to Key West! A very long ride both directions. Our guide and bus driver did excellent jobs. Our visit to Key West checked off one of our bucket list items. We took a catamaran on a dolphin search. If you love to sale I would recommend another option, perhaps snorkeling. The crew were great but because we were needing to pivot quickly in our search the sails were not hoisted. Just an FYI.

Unforgettable experience! - The experience was phenomenal! I loved the option of picking up and dropping off at our hotel. The information provided during the tour was quite instructive and friendly. The guides were rather knowledgeable, entertaining and helpful. We had a blast!

Great option to get to key west - Great way to get to Key West safely! A couple notes for other travelers: Pickup was on time both ways and the drive was smooth and felt very safe. The bus was quite full but the seating was well managed by the tour guide, who was charming and funny. The phone chargers were USB, not electric outlets. There was a brief breakfast/potty stop on the way down at Key Largo, no stop on the way home.

Key West chickens and 6 toed cats - It was an absolute thrill to see Key West, chickens and 6 toed cats galore. The tour was very laid back, and perfect for being highly scheduled or for just meandering the streets at your own pace. I didn't buy any add on excursions, and was pretty busy just checking out the town on my own. I may have done the Trolley if I were to do it again.

Great job - My wife and I had a great time. Our driver Cindy did an outstanding job. She was very knowledgeable.

Find a better way - Unfortunately it was not a fully pleasant experience. The hotel pickup included was changed by the company prior to meeting at public pickup spot in a park (required additional cost for ground transportation) with a pickup time an hour later than the reservation. Then the bus was delayed almost an hour later than that. The very long ride times of 3-4 hours each way should be presented in the intro before reservations. The fully packed bus, freezing cold, noisy, and a neighbor overflowing their seat space made the travelling an endurance challenge. The bus guide was difficult to understand. Kind, but difficult to understand. Arrival instructions from the guide were unclear, leaving many standing with uncertainty how to proceed toward chosen activity options when she simply walked away.

What singles out this... - What singles out this tour from other Viator-provided tours which usually is a decent experience, is tour operator conduct prior to the tour. They called us a day before and specified the pickup place that was 5.7 miles from our hotel. When I asked, can you pick us up anywhere closer to our hotel (which is located on major resort artery, Collins Avenue), I was told: not possible. We had to call Uber at 5:30 am. Upon arriving and after paying $26.92 for the trip, the tour bus was waiting for us. Please note that we were the only ones to get on the bus there. Then that bus started picking up other travelers, and before picking up the next couple the bus passed by our hotel. We were shocked to say the least. All 50+ people were picked up at their respective hotels. Except us. In fact, on the way back we were dropped at our hotel, so it was possible. This unpleasant experience spoiled the overall impression of the tour. Next time we're going to think twice before reserving via Viator. PS. We believe that in those situations the tour operator should consider reimbursing unnecessary costs of the travelers.
