Good experience, but longer journey than expected. - The big bus arrived on time, but due to current traffic congestion the journey took approximately 3 hours in total instead of the 45-60 minutes each way listed. The experience, staff and facilities were all good and worth the cost.

Fun but plan on spending more money - I loved it. We went in January and were able to see several alligators, very cool birds, and beautiful nature in the air bus. The alligator show was interesting but also humane. Bring plenty of to money for the bus driver, the boat driver and the show. There is also the option to get a photo with a baby alligator and a snack snack. Both are extra.

Something to do in Miami and the air boats are iconic in the Everglades - Very convenient and kept very interactive on the long drive over by Ronet The park is okay as by all accounts you are not going to see alligators in their majesty but at the end you do see a lot of rescue alligators

The Everglade park was... - The Everglade park was good and decent but the big red bus ride was terrible. No air conditioning and the bus couldn’t accelerate due to mechanical issue on the way back.

American disability act is not honored - Warning, warning, warning. This place does not honor any American disability act. I have a service dog that is Certified as an emotional support animal and they would not let me on the tour. This is highly against the law, and I am fully intending to prosecute and hire an attorney at my earliest convenience when I get back to St. Louis. Do not go to this tour if you are a veteran. They don’t give a crap about anybody or anything, except for them, making money and telling people no.
