A nice ride in the... - A nice ride in the Everglades. You can never be sure you'll see some gators but we eventually did see a couple of them on some shore, that was cool. The photo included in the tour is great too.

Nice bucket list item for visiting Florida. Gators, caymans, and crocodiles - OH MY! - The trip started with an EXCELLENT bus driver, Blanc. He gave us good information and got us to and from the Everglades safely. That was NOT an easy task - stupid drivers EVERYWHERE. Blanc opened the bus early for my wife and I so we could sit in much more comfort than on the hard wooden benches at the park. Little things MATTER.

Great day - Driver was excellent very nice and pleasurable. Could not ask for a better driver than German. Bus was clean and cool. Comfortable ride . We felt very secure with German. He made the trip effortless and definitely an asset to our vacation

Wasn’t sure but it turned out great! - Mr.Blanc, our driver was very nice. It’s a good tour even on a hot day. The airboat is covered. So, heat shouldn’t be a problem. We saw plenty of birds and alligators in the airboat trip. The alligator show is also very good. Overall, I was very nervous about taking this trip but I’m happy I did.

Everglades - It was really fun to see the Everglades for someone from Utah. We had a great bus driver tour guide, Jose. He had a lot to do to take care of this group but did a great job. Adem was a great captain too! The power had been off from a storm the night before and the fire depart was there getting water to the gators 🐊 in the show.

Interesting Tour - Big Bus Tours did not provide clear instructions on obtaining the QR code for the ticket. Please be aware that they will not let guests board the bus without this QR code. The code needs to be added to your apple / Google wallet. Also sometimes they overbook the tour so unless you want to be bumped to a later tour, I advise arriving early to secure your spot. The actual bus ride was nice. The Everglades National Park is also beautiful. But be aware that facilities there are sparse (they had a power outage when we visited and there was no water in the restrooms). Also seeing wildlife is entirely your luck. We got to see several gators. A big shout out to the Gator Boys and their alligator show. They do it for free so do tip them.

Very bad the issuance of Tickets - Very complicated to get BIG BUS tickets, according to Tripadvisor me They sent the tickets to the mail but they never arrived, the lady who was at 1680 Washington av, station where we were going to board, did not support us in the least, the only thing she told us was “Without the QR code you can not upload”, we could get the tickets directly on the BIG BUS page, but luckily , the Tour itself was quite good José the conduits were very patient and friendly, he improved the experience, always contracted with TRIPADVISOR because they make everything easier, today it was the other way around

Don’t book big bus company - The ac on bus is minimal to nothing. The bus was 30 minutes late and had to do another pick up. The drive was about 90 minutes not the 45-60., in the ad. The driving was scary enough we paid for an Uber back. You have to do both alligator show to do the air boat. There are peacocks, lots of hungry little birds, and a good amount of gators, and turtles. The guy collecting tickets at Washington st is rude and clearly doesn’t want to offer directions or socialize.

Assembly Line Tour - You will be able to say, "I saw the Everglades." I think everyone from the bus driver to the airboat captain to the educator in the show was doing their best to fulfill their responsibilities, but it was not a pleasant experience. There were lots of loud airboats, and pictures were offered with a baby alligator with its mouth taped shut.
