Great Excursion - Great way to spend a day following a cruise and end at the airport. Gustavo, our driver, showed us the sights and quite a few off the beaten path places. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Milijan with Limopedia... - Milijan with Limopedia was fantastic! We were given his contact information when we got off the ship and even though the baggage handlers put us in the wrong location, he met us where we were and we were off in a flash. He did a great job taking us around Miami and showing us the highlights. He even took us to a local spot for lunch!

After cruise excursion - Our private tour guide was exceptionally nice. Five hours was not enough time to see everything, but it was better than nothing.

Excellent way to learn about Miami! - Our guide Miljan was fantastic an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable and we all learned and saw a lot of Miami!

Brilliant day to spend waiting for a late flight - Victor our guide and driver was fantastic very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful pickup from Miami port after a cruise our back wasn’t until later that evening a great way to spend the extra time in Miami

Best "post-cruise" trip experience - We loved our driver, Firat. Very knowledgeable and personable, and had great spots for us to visit. Would recommend after any cruise to spend a few hours and see Miami before being dropped off at the airport!

After Cruise Tour of Miami - There were 12 of us who had a later flight after our cruise and we thought that a tour of Miami would be a better way to spend our time then wait at the airport for our . Our tour guide called us prior to disembarking to confirm that he would be there when we got off the ship and told us where he would pick us up. Firat was our driver and tour guide and he was very, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He explained the history of the areas we visited and he suggested a nice Cuban restaurant to have lunch in rhe Little Havana neighborhood. All of us were very happy with Firar and the service he provided.

Good tour of Miami... - Good tour of Miami neighborhoods which was very well coordinated with pick up at Miami port and delivery to airport with our luggage 5 hours later. We did tour in very comfortable Cadillac Escalade and had time for lunch

Very bad experience - 0 Star – Extremely Disappointed and Warning to Other Cruisers I am writing this review to warn other cruisers to be extremely careful with their belongings, especially on debarkation day. After returning home and unpacking, I realized that a jewelry bag I had kept inside my purse was missing. Inside that bag were multiple pieces of jewelry, including a yellow diamond ring I had just purchased on this cruise, another ring from a previous NCL cruise, additional jewelry, and approximately $1,300 in cash. The total value of what I lost is close to $10,000. I did not notice the loss immediately, which makes the situation even more upsetting. I contacted NCL Gateway as soon as I discovered what was missing. Their response was limited to saying they were sorry. There was no investigation, no follow-up, and no real concern shown for what happened. I was left feeling dismissed and unheard. What made this even worse was being told, sarcastically, “Hope to see you soon on your next cruise.” After losing nearly $10,000 and receiving no meaningful assistance, that comment felt incredibly insensitive. I have cruised with NCL before, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. NCL makes it clear that they do not take responsibility for lost or stolen items and will not properly investigate serious incidents. This was my last cruise with NCL. I do not recommend their ships to anyone, and I will never do business with them again. Please be very careful if you choose to cruise with NCL. Audria Lackwood

Save your money! - Save your money and get a taxi. It is just a long drive home. This is rating the experience and NOT the driver. I had six in my group and paid more than $800. 😩
