Good experience - We enjoyed this a no-frills, 1-hr boat rental for our group of 6. The operator who accompanied us spoke very little English. This is good if you speak Spanish.

Awesome tour! - Highly recommended tour. It is all you need to enjoy Xochimilco and the trajinera, without all the hassle. We'll definitely go back again.

Trajineras and tacos - The best choice to go with friends!!!!, when we arrived at the port we were already waiting for our trajinera. It was a fun ride and I loved the tacos I tried. Super recommended and at a good price. David was always on the lookout and also gave us recommendations to meet and eat in the city.

Birthday celebration in Xochimilco - We traveled to Mexico and chose this tour to celebrate my best friend's birthday, we had an amazing time, without paying too much. We were able to bring everything we wanted to eat and eat. The mariachis sang Happy Birthday and the mornings! Super recommended.

Trajineras and micheladas - Excellent tour, the best price, enjoyed the trajineras and I took some micheladas, recommended to go as a group. The port can be reached very easily by Uber and David already had everything ready for the trip.

Great Xochimilco experience with David - David gave us a great experience today. He picked up our family of four in his nice clean car, gave us some history and accompanied us on the Xochimilco ride as well as through the markets. He was very professional and friendly. We definitely recommend this and him! One tip he shared, try to go earlier in the day (9:30/10) to avoid traffic

On "Mexican Time" - Raul el "Chango" was the best! We knew we didn't want a party boat but wanted a memorable experience. He was communicative, accommodating and friendly, as well as his coworkers! It is a beautiful ride, definitely one to remember. Double check the embarcadero to arrive at beforehand! Plenty of snacks, drink, and souvenir options there. Would do again!

Xochimilco was using an art tour guide. David made it even more amazing. - excellent service the by David our travel guide goes on and beyond everyone’s expectations. He is amazing very informative goes out of his way.

Avoid - unprofessional and no sense of customer service - Picked this operator because we weren't looking for a party boat and the previous reviews were favorable. However, our experience was pretty bad. We reached the indicated address by Uber 10 minutes before the given time. The exact instructions were, "Upon arriving at the dock, look for the canoes, the monkey, and ask Raul." No one knew any Raul at the dock. So, I called the number. Whoever picked up said that someone would come by to meet us. When no one showed up for another few minutes, I called again. This time I was told to send a selfie which I did. But there was no sign of anyone so I took a picture of the dock and surroundings so that they knew where exactly we were and called again. This time, the guy says that we were at the wrong dock (old instead of new) and we should take an Uber to get to the new dock. This was surprising because we had followed the exact instructions/address given. But we didn't know any better so we got into an Uber. The Uber driver was thoroughly confused, he said that we were at the new dock. But he was kind enough to another boat operator who spoke English. He took us to the dock again, spoke to another operator who apparently knew Raul and called him. Apparently, this Raul guy asked him to take us on the boat ride. We did end up going on the boat ride some 45 minutes late after a lot of inconvenience. The boat ride itself was ok - I guess it would have been more enjoyable if we didn't have such a hard time leading up to it. Avoid this operator - doesn't have any sense of professionalism or customer service!
