Half day trip from Mexico City to Teotihuacan with info provided by guide - Great trip to Teotihuacan! Our guide, Uriel, was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave great explanations and information about the history. And our driver, Regina, was also lovely, friendly and helpful (and a safe driver) who also answered our many questions about the area and also gave restaurant advice! One suggestion: wear good shoes for walking on uneven surfaces.

Teotihuacan Pyramids-Private Tour - Had a wonderful day exploring the pyramids at Teotihuacan. Regina, our driver, picked us up at our hotel. Communicated beforehand and was punctual. Uriel, our guide at the pyramids, was extremely knowledgeable and interesting. Fascinating tour and I highly recommend. I’ve been to a few pyramids in Mexico and this was definitely the best and most interesting. Thank you again Regina and Uriel for a wonderful day!

Amazing tour with a wonderful driver and tour guide. - We did a private tour with my husband, myself 11 year old daughter. We absolutely loved it! Regina picked us up at our hotel, her car was very clean and she was just delightful to talk to about anything from the ruins to other information about Mexico City. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. David was our tour guide and he was a wealth of knowledge. It was a very interesting tour. Our daughter loved that she could ask any question she had and so did we. It was a wonderful day with memories we will cherish forever. Thank you Regina and David!

Private Tour to Teotihuacan = AMAZING - We had the most amazing experience working with Regina and David for a private tour of Teotihuacan from Mexico City. Regina picked us up from our hotel right on time at 735am and drove us about 45 minutes to the pyramids. Regina spoke English well and shared many interesting insights about the city during our drive. Regina also shared several dining suggestions with us. We met our expert guide David at the entrance and were thoroughly impressed by his extensive knowledge of the site and its history. In our private tour group of just myself, wife and 11 year old daughter, we were able to ask as many questions as we had and take in the site at our own pace. David did a great job giving us time for photos and to explore the area on our own some. David even gave our daughter a small gift at the end of our tour. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour for anyone looking for lots of info without some of the tourist traps included in other tours. David and Regina were great!

Early mornings with the Gods - Rohina our driver and Josephina gave us a wonderful introduction to Mexican history in Teotihuacan. It was our first full day of the trip and they made the early start worth it. Friendly and educational - we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Professional and warm tour - Josephina was wonderful. Very energetic and engaging. Saw a lot more on the tour than I was expecting. My friend had been to this site twice before and this was the first time she saw the full breadth of it.

Teotihuacan tour - Josephine and her colleagues were amazing! She was extremely thorough and passionate with her delivery and we left with so much knowledge. Everything was well organized and the bus was very comfortable.

Deeply disappointed, not the trip we paid for - We booked the Teotihuacan without obligatory stops. No shops or restaurants private tour for our family. It is described as three hour at the archaeology site with pick up and drop off. We have been looking forward to this for a very very long time. We met our guide Alex in the morning. He drove us to the site and was our tour guide at the site. He seemed friendly and informative, however we now realize he was deceptive. We were on site for only an hour. We walked to the Pyramid of the Moon and Alex spoke at length about it without getting close to it. My partner asked if he could walk up to the first platform and was disauded by Alex who said that will take 20 extra minutes. Then he took us to the Puma mural and then to the Pyramid of the Sun. After these three stops he said it was the end of the tour and he was leaving to get the car. He was then gone and we needed to walk out and meet him. He indicated to us there was nothing else to see. He told us the site was mostly destroyed in the twentieth century when dynamite was used to find the site. When we talked about other archaeology sites we visited, how the pyramids had more decorations, he said nothing. We missed very significant parts of the site including the Temple of the Feathered Serpent, which is a very decorated structure. We did not get the other 2 hours we paid for or any free time to look around. All we wanted was to maximize our time on site and see everything. We did not get the tour we paid for and we are deeply disappointed. In fact it was heartbreaking. This was the single biggest reason we traveled to Mexico City. We contacted the operator after we got back and told them what happened. They have not responded.
