Breathing experience - Teotihuacan was such an epic experience. To stand in this historic site was truly 🤯 Javier was our tour guide for this trip. He was very knowledgeable and excited to share his experience. Would recommend this tour

Great adventure - It is amazing to learn about the Pyramids! Our tour guide Omar was so knowledgeable. He went out of his way to accommodate everyone’s experience. The lunch in the cave was fun too. It was a bit pricey but we enjoyed it.

Overrun, overpriced, very long waits, disorganized - The guide apologized not realizing how insanely overrun things were. He was engaged, nice and well informed. The site was interesting. However, they did not manage our expectations. They said to arrive at one time this morning but it meant another. Most didn’t even get breakfast because of that. If one of us made the error, fine, but almost everyone made the same error. Then the place was overflowing with tour busses the guide didn’t expect. No toilet paper and inadequate restroom spots for women. This delayed us maybr an hour in high heat, little food and no lunch but tons of sellers and nothing to do but wait and wait. The pyramid tour itself was good and engaging. But then the guide said again he was surprised by all the visitors and we’d delay heading to the cave restaurant and have to likely wait a bit when we got there for lunch. “Lunch” was at 4 by the time we got into the restaurant, with no water left, hot and very hungry - but just more stops to buy things on the way. The restaurant was good but very high end to be rushed out to then make the bus and have nothing left for the evening given how late we’d return. It wasn’t clear from the description that it wasn’t included in the price. I don’t know what this tour is like on a good day but I would not recommend it. Felt overrun, overpriced and highly disorganized.
