Takeoff of the balloon: Once the balloon is ready and standing, it is time to board to listen carefully to the pilot’s instructions so that you can enjoy the flight, the wind is the master of our itinerary, pushing the balloon to a undetermined destination.
The flight lasts from 40 to 60 min approx. - Landing: Although the landing site is always a mystery, the pilot will always opt for an accessible area for the ground support vehicle that constantly monitors the trajectory of the balloon from the ground.
- Ceremony, we celebrate with a toast with sparkling wine, we will thank with a prayer that the pilot recites. 6. Return to the takeoff area, awards ceremony and farewell

Magical sun pyramids sailing with Aerodiverto - Great, magical experience. Very well organized. Aerodivertois a top company. Videos are recorded with drone, which can be purchased afterwards.

Excellent - It was a very safe, quiet and beautiful trip. The pilot Francisco de la Rosa seems experienced and very friendly.

Mixed Review - 5 Stars for balloon flight (just awesome), transport (driver was on-time and kept communicating w us), and pyramids (beautiful). Unfortunately only 1 star for Aerodiverti. The entire 12 hour trip (we had to get up at 3.30am to get to meeting point in the city), nobody seemed to be in charge, nobody communicated or coordinated. The wait times between activities were extremely long ( we sat around for one hour after arrival in the morning, could have slept another hour instead). After the balloon flight the wanted to sit us in a room to look at their pictures ( we we refused because by then it was 4.5 hours into the trip and we were hungry and thirsty). We pressed them to get us to the breakfast place instead. After breakfast we were again idling around not knowing about next steps, so we pressed the driver to get us to the pyramids rather than sitting around again. Driver dropped us off at the obligatory gift shop instead. We again refused and insisted on going to the pyramids. Bottom line: We had a great experience because we pressed on rather than complying to their schedule, but for that price tag I would have expected better communication and better coordination. And we figured since nobody seemed to be in charge we tell the drivers what we want to do next.

So close to being a great experience. - The hot air balloon and the tour of the pyramids were themselves great. The organisation however was not. The booking suggested that I would be picked up from a hotel at 4:30am, then the night before I get an email with a pick up time of 6:30am. I then confirmed this with the organisation. After that confirmation, just 10mins later, I received another message saying 5:30 but from El Engel. The confusion meant that some of the group arrived at the bus at 6:30 after I had been sitting on the bus for over an hour. Sunrise had been and gone, despite the tour being advertised as a sunrise balloon ride. There is a tour of a silver workshop etc which to my mind isn't needed as is just included to boost sales at their shop. If you do get a chance for a private tour guide around the pyramids, take it up. I paid $450 Mexican Pesos and it was very much worth it.

Company error and they don't give solutions, they just stop answering. - At the beginning of November I did the “Marriage Order” tour with my partner, of which the experience itself was good, however, we have no memories of the moment as despite having assured me that they had experience and control over photo and video options, and that therefore it was not necessary for me to take an additional person for this, they could not deliver any material for “errors” of configuration. Far from accompanying us and helping us find solutions, they simply stopped answering us. The memory of the moment will be with my partner, however, one approaches professionals with enough time for everything to go well, and if a mistake has already been made the least one expects is to be proposed solutions. Because of this bad experience and especially the bad handling of the equipment, I would not recommend doing the activity with this company.

Do not book!!!! - DO NOT BOOK! They canceled last minute. A group of 6 people were waiting for over an hour at the meeting point since 4:15 in the morning. The agency just stop replying and Viator service sucked as well.

The trip was cancelled... - The trip was cancelled after we booked it, so we were not able to go. We were looking forward to this our whole trip and really bummed
