Great service and unforgettable balloon experience - My sister and I lived this experience with Cheri Teotihuacan on recommendation... and it totally exceeded our expectations. We were concerned about the transfer from CDMX, but they offered us several options and made it very easy.
The balloon flight was simply spectacular. The whole team was extremely attentive, they accompanied us at every moment and explained every detail, which made us feel very safe. Also, something we loved was that we had time to take pictures before more people arrived, so we were able to enjoy the moment and capture it in a unique way.
It is a magical experience, very well organized, safe and totally unforgettable. We definitely recommend it 100%, completely worth it!

With them you will have a good day - Sincerely it was a new experience for me and when it is like this I find it very difficult to enjoy things, however the people who attended me are super friendly and very cute, they have the knowledge of the place and the balloon ride was super fun, quiet and safe, at all times everyone is always very attentive and also you get a nice experience, 100% recommended

“Culturally fluent guide who truly understands his guests” - Roma my guide and driver showed not only the history, but also has exceptional cultural fluency and awareness. He acknowledged both where I was from originally (Philippines) and where I live now (US). Amazing and highly recommended.

A morning well spent in Teotihuacán - Very well organized tour in general! Pick up was on time and my driver, Roma and my guide, Paulette is great. Both of them speak very good English and made sure I have a good time. The hot air balloon is great, the crew and captain made sure we're comfortable!

Globe Experience on Teotihuacan - I highly recommend the experience as the pilot and the couple who touched me on the balloon super nice.
It was also my birthday and at all times they made me feel super special, when I landed they gave me flowers.
Just loved the experience and I was the lucky one that the pilot handed me the balloon-shaped toast bottle cork I loved it.

Great experience - Cheri Teotihuacán is awesome. Went with one of my friends and they picked us up at our hostel. Took us up to the air balloon port. Made sure everything was all good. Then went to have breakfast at the cueva and finished off walking around the pyramids. Definitely recommend.
