Central Historico walking tour - Absolutely enjoyed the walking tour with Mariel. She was friendly, and gave a good backstory, history to all the areas that we walked to along with some fun trivia. She was very informed about the historic importance of each building and that was helpful when visiting as a first timer. Would recommend her if anyone is visiting the Historic district in Mexico City for the first time.

Great way to see the highlights with a pro - We had a great time with Daniel- he was so knowledgeable and fun - he’s very chill and sweet and made sure that we had a good experience - he allowed lots of time for us to duck into wherever we wanted and the trip to the market with him was exceptional - our Spanish is minimal and he explained all the different foods and dishes - we stopped for coffee as well- a relaxed and fun way to see the highlights with a pro like Daniel !

Walking tour with Mariel. A must do. - Mariel, was a very passionate and extremely knowledgeable guide whose passion for her country was very evident in the way she shared the info on the tour. It was interesting how she was able to bring in all the socio economic, cultural,and political of the history of Mexico. A very warm and personable guide. We would have missed out on understanding the true workings of the city. A tour with Mariel is a must when visiting the city. Thanks to the informative tour, we enjoyed and were able to interpret the Ballet Folklore De Mexico.
I would give her a 100 out of her 100

Personable, well educated guide gave us a very comprehensive tour - Mariel, our guide, studies social anthropology and has a passion for the history and culture of Mexico. She provided a wealth of information about the history of this area in a very interesting way. It was our first time in Mexico City and we learned so much through this tour. Highly recommend!

Daniel was awesome - Daniel was very friendly and easy going. He allowed us all the questions we wanted. It was really like having a friend show you around their home. It was really enjoyable and i will definitely choose Daniel for other tours as well.

Amazing historical CDMX tour - Mariel was a brilliant host, taking us the most interesting parts of the historical central city of CDMX. She had a wealth of knowledge about Mexican history through the ages, and also shared suggestions of other things to do whilst we were in the city. A warm and friendly person - we would highly recommend her.

Amazing local tour - Mariel was the highlight of our visit to Mexico City. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and as local as you can get. The tour gave us so much more background to the culture than we could have gotten by walking around ourselves. It helped to have this tour before going to other areas of the city, including the Anthropology museum, because she gives you a lot of context. Most of our small group doesn't like tours but they all agreed that this was more than well worth it. Thank you, Mariel!

Superb guide with brilliant descriptions - This was by far the best guided tour we have had anywhere. Mariel was wonderful giving us a fascinating private walk through the cultural heart of MC with a brilliant and insightful commentary. Her knowledge of the city’s history and cultural past was second to none. Thank you!

Didn’t quite live up to the description - Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, although we had a bit of trouble finding each other as the designated meeting place is quite crowded and it wasn’t easy to identify him. We spent a lot of time on the first several stops, which was very interesting, but seemed to run out of time for the last few. Our guide did not show us the Catedral Metropolitano or the Presidential Palace, except to point them out from a distance and we did not go inside or even near those important landmarks, which was disappointing. He did buy us some bottled water but there no snacks or drinks as mentioned in the tour description.
