Recognizing that every traveler is unique, the timing and pace of the walk are tailored to suit individual preferences, ensuring an enjoyable experience for tourists of all ages.
En route to the pyramids, there will be a stop at the Plaza de las Tres Culturas, a site of significant historical importance in Mexico City. Following this, a cultural visit to the Basilica of Guadalupe, the country’s main religious center, will take place. The journey continues to Teotihuacán, “The place where the gods were created,” situated 50km northeast of Mexico City. This site, constructed between the 1st and 7th centuries AD, is renowned for its monumental structures, whose marvels and history are explored during the tour.
The tour begins with a visit to the Pyramid of Quetzalcoatl, featuring exquisite stone reliefs. Participants will stroll along the Avenue of the Dead and learn about the local legends. The tour concludes with a visit to the awe-inspiring pyramids of the Sun and the Moon, finishing in the Palacios area.

Highlight of our trip to Mexico City - This was the highlight of our trip to Mexico City. The guide Bere allowed us to pick our itinerary and was so knowledgeable about it all. All three stops were worth it - Plaza de las Tres Culturas, Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe (even if not religious), and of course, the highlight, the Teotihuacán pyramids. The driver Pablo made the trip comfortable and had a nice newer car.

Awesome guided tour, comfortable transportation, loved this experience! - The private tour with transportation was so comfortable — the driver, Pablo, is excellent in navigating traffic and the tour guide, Malu, was incredibly knowledgeable overall at each of the sites we visited. Tres culturas was interesting, basilica de la virgen de Guadalupe, and Teotihuacan were breathtaking. Malu paced our tour really well and she was super thorough at each step of the way. She even held our bags so we could go climb the pyramid of the moon (which is high up and steep!) without anything weighing us down. The background knowledge she shared was fascinating and we appreciated all of it! We stopped at La Gruta for lunch and an authentic artisan shop to get obsidian souvenirs. The day trip starts early because it gets really hot as the day goes on so be sure to pack sunscreen and water — you can buy a hat there, which is what we did knowing it would be a souvenir. This tour is so wonderful and we really enjoyed everything about it! Having a local guide enriched our entire experience and we are so glad we did this.

Seamless trip to pyramids with excellent guide + hot air balloon - We had a fantastic trip to Teotihuacan. Our driver Pablo was prompt, friendly, and a perfect gentleman. Our guide Luis Daniel was so knowledgeable and really brought the archeological site to life. The trip exceeded our expectations. We also added on the hot air balloon trip, which Berenice arranged, and it was a magical morning with amazing views over the pyramids, with dozens of other balloons filling the early morning sky. After the balloon and before the guided tour of the pyramids, we had a delicious breakfast at a nice buffet.

Great private tour - What a great experience. We were picked up from our hotel in an air conditioned vehicle for a private tour of both the basilica and the pyramids. We had great conversations and discussed the history of both landmarks. We were offered water and allowed to tour at our own pace. We were offered the ability to eat at the pyramids but decided to go back to CMX to eat lunch. Great transportation and a great tour. Highly recommend as you aren’t crammed into a van for the tour.

Very personalized and fun! - Bernice was our guide and right from the start, she was friendly and warm. One of my main reasons to visit Mexico City was to see the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Bernice took us with her driver to the Basilica. We walked to each church and she was very knowledgeable. She was also very patient with us as I wanted to take our time to experience each aspect of her tour. The second stop was the pyramids of Teotihuachan. She was very informative and answered the questions of my curious child. I learned a lot during the tour. After seeing both sites, they took us to a restaurant where we had lunch and it was delicious! I was very happy to have hired Bernice as our own tour guide. We could go at our own pace and ask whatever we wanted. We enjoyed Bernice’s tour very much!

Ari was great - she let... - Ari was great - she let us drive the pace, stops, lunch, etc. She did a great job making sure that our kids were engaged, and talked about visiting with her father when she was younger and what she remembered, which I found touching. She had much knowledge of the area and spoke “big picture” about Mexico and Catholicism, etc. when we were at the Basilica. She paced speaking with us and letting us enjoy just perfectly. Thank you, Ari!

INCREDIBLE 10/10 DAY!!! - We had the perfect day. This service was incredible. Pickup at our hotel first thing in the morning, a quick stop at the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, then out to the Pyramids and back by 1pm. It was the perfect 1/2 day experience! The team was excellent with communication and very flexible with pick up, drop off, and the overall game plan. Learned so much over the course of the day. Cannot recommend this trip enough!

Private tour with our 2-year-old - Bernice and Pablo were lovely to spend the day with. They arrived on time and allowed us to customize our day to suit our needs.
