Fantastic introduction to CDMX culture, history, monuments, our guide went above and beyond our expectations. - Victor was an amazing guide. His knowledge of Mexico City history and culture was very outstanding. His command vocabulary of English was better than the majority of British people! It was our first visit to CDMX and we were quite apprehensive, mostly due to the bad press regarding the city. If you want to find out and explore slightly off the beaten track I don’t think you will find a better guide. We wanted a tour that whilst showing us the main sights of CDMX Centro Historico, also gave us an insight in “non tourist” areas plus daily activities/ life. We started at Mercado Jamaica, exploring all the different areas of items for sale, including the 24/7 flower market. We ate excellent local food before taking the Metro, which we probably wouldn’t have done alone, but was surprisingly clean, efficient, safe and cheap. (More comfortable than TFL - particularly for about 25p)! We then went onto Centro Historico. Neither of us had a great knowledge of Mexican history or politics, and Victor enlightened us - tailored to what we wanted to know, and our interests. He also helped us with questions before and after our tours via WhatsApp re worries we had about arriving at Benito Juarez, plus recommendations for some other markets and places of interest. We had an epic 4 1/2 + hours with him, he still gave us the time we had allocated even though we were 1/2 hr late due to traffic. It was more like walking round with a knowledgeable friend rather than a “tour”. We hope to return to Mexico City and will definitely seek him out again, although we think with his knowledge he could easily be head of the CDMX tourist board!!!

A Lovely Way to See Coyoacan! - Walking around Coyoacan would have been OK by myself, it's got parks and cafes and markets, but seeing it with someone who knows the city and its history so deeply was so much better! Nalleli taught me a ton about how the area fits into Mexico City's culture and history, and we got to see a lot of niche spots that I would have never found. It was really nice having someone show me the little museums, cafes, and historical buildings I would never have access to without local insight (or any real Spanish-speaking ability). Nalleli is a gem and I would gladly learn more from her.

What a fun, knowledgeable tour guide! - My walk with Mariel could not have been any better. She adjusted the itinerary to my knowledge of the area, we spoke about many tour-related and non-tour (e.g., US and Mexican politics) subjects, and I appreciated her anthropology and food market knowledge. Thank you, Mariel.

Unique experience in Mexico City - My son and I had a great time with Al! He showed us parts of Mexico City we would not have gone to otherwise, and his historical knowledge was deep and extensive. I highly recommend taking a tour with Al if you want to thoroughly immerse yourself in the culture of Mexico City!

Historical tour of Coyoacán - Mariel have us a great cultural tour of Coyoacán , she was full of historical knowledge, we learnt a lot not just about Coyocan but also Mexican history in general. We took plenty of photographs to add to our Mexican collection and the highlight was definitely the trip to the market. At the end of the tour we savoured local churros. 😀

They scammed us - They scammed us. Nobody came to the place to look for us, we have a record. Nobody contacted us either. We demand the money back. By doing it through this platform, we believed it was safe. I appreciate you telling me how to make a return request.
