• La Condesa - Our tour begins at a taquería renowned for its tacos de guisado, which are essentially main dishes served as tacos—just the way they’re loved in Mexico City. Crafted with the care of a Mexican grandmother and paired with homemade salsas, you’ll savor an authentic Mexican taste while discovering the history behind these tacos.
• La Condesa - Our second stop takes us to some more sophisticated tacos. While tacos typically use corn or wheat tortillas, this stop offers a unique twist. The taco may seem simple, but its flavor is something we’ve only experienced here. It’s what makes this taco special, and it’s a must-try!
• Mexico Park - At our third stop, we’ll relax at Parque México to absorb the lively atmosphere of Mexico City and learn about life in this neighborhood. It’s the ideal place to unwind, enjoy the surroundings, and explore the rich culture and stories that make this area unique. Get ready to immerse yourself in the local scene!
• Colonia Roma - Here, we’ll indulge in a taco with a distinctive adobo that sets it apart. Tacos al pastor are a true treasure in Mexico City, and this spot truly shines. They offer a salsa that you simply must try, and the story of its origin is so genuine and traditional that you won’t want to miss it!
• Roma Norte - At this juncture, we’ll take a brief pause to make room for more tacos later. Let’s explore the bohemian neighborhood of Roma and learn about its history and attractions. We’ll share some recommendations on what to do in this area with you.
• Roma Norte - Next, we’ll continue with more tacos, naturally! With more room, we’re heading to a place that intrigued us with its distinctive flavors, very much in the style of northern Mexico.
• Roma Norte - By now, you might be quite full, but there’s always space for one more taco. This taco might not yet be on the Michelin recommendations list, but we believe it could easily earn a spot soon. Its flavor is incredibly rich and unique. We’d love to share it with you, but it’s up to you if you still have some room!
• ✅ Street Food Bike Tour ✅ Food Hood Mexico-City / Small Groups - We’ve returned to the starting point where our bikes are stored. By now, we’ve gotten to know each other better, and to bid farewell properly, we’ll enjoy a michelada just like it’s made in the neighborhood. It’s quite different from the versions you might know from other countries. Plus, we’ll share some personal tips on what to do in the city during your visit.

The meeting point is Food Hood Tours Mexico, where participants will collect their bikes and embark on a taco journey, cycling from one taquería to the next and savoring some of the finest tacos endorsed by the Michelin guide.

As the group cycles through two of the city’s most fashionable neighborhoods, they will sample traditional tacos elevated to new heights. Each taco comes with its own tale, and these stories will be shared as the group travels from one location to another. Stops will be made at four Michelin-recommended taquerías, each providing a distinct experience.

Before returning, there will be a delightful surprise with a fifth taco—a special taco that is anticipated to soon join the Michelin list.

To conclude, participants will enjoy a traditional neighborhood michelada while exchanging travel tips for Mexico, offering an authentic taste of the local culture.
