Bucket list experience - This was the best moment of my trip to Mexico! The balloon ride is a joyous, emotional experience, and the staff made sure it was safe and smooth!
From the 4:30 am start, everything was very professionally organised and very friendly.
The breakfast that followed the ride was exceptional with a huge selection of food as well as an egg and omelet station.
We also enjoyed the drone video and photos of our group, available for an extra fee, but totally worth it!
We also had an hour to walk around the Pyramids, so it is a full, fun day trip, that I highly recommend!

Bad communication & no clear itinerary - the overall hot air balloon experience was amazing!! However minus stars because there was never any clear itinerary and of the times, even when we asked and we had to keep asking what’s happening.
This is a “sunrise” experience right, but we didn’t even get into the air till 7:45am so missed the sunrise. It also said we had 2 hours at the pyramids but we only got 1 hour. Another minus star because they asked everyone for a favor to write a review & aggressively stood around us until we did (hence explains why they have some many 5 star reviews on TripAdvisor…)
