An experience to prioritize - This excursion was INCREDIBLE! From start to finish, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Our hot air balloon pilot, Caesar, was delightful, and our guide at the pyramids, Alexis, was charming and insightful. Javier really went the extra mile to make our experience truly amazing. 10/10, absolutely recommend— you should definitely add this to your Mexico City trip.

Excellent day experience! 10/10 - Javier and his team are the best! Super attentive since before making the reservation. His team is super professional and punctual. The pilot of our balloon is an expert with more than 7 years of experience, flying balloons around the world! Javier and his team were super special with their attention, and super special with my partner's birthday.

A fascinating flight and a stunning tour in the archaeological area, apart breakfast! - A fascinating flight, certainly the pilot knows how to be flying the balloon correctly. We passed super close to the pyramids! The archaeological visit was also very well handled by the guide with the information, apart from breakfast delicious

Unforgettable magical experience - Was with my daughter, most unforgettable experience. So beautiful! And Super Service with pick up at hotel. Balloon player makes it very fun with music and personal explanations.

Teotihuacan Magic Above and on ground - This is a once in a lifetime, must do, experience. From start to finish you feel very well informed and the tour hosts are so friendly. We booked the balloon ride, the pyramid tour with a guide, and then lunch afterwards. We also opted in for pick up and drop off from our hotel. Jerry our host and driver, El Capitan- our balloon captain, and of course Alexis- our lovely teotihuacan tour guide were amazing! They were so friendly, kind, professional, and helpful. Everyone had so much knowledge of what they did and where we were. The actual balloon ride is magical. If you have been in the air before you feel the calmness and serenity. It feels so natural and not aggressive at all. Besides the glory of the ancient ruins you really get to take in an absolutely gorgeous part of Mexico and a beautiful thriving town below. My favorite part was flying over the secondary grade school as the students were getting to class. Floating over the nopal crop fields was also so pretty. I love this country and was so happy. If this is your first time in the air- you’re going to love it!!!! As far as the tour at the pyramids, it was an immersion into the civilization. You can place yourself where the ancestors sacrificed and worshipped and prayed. Where they walked and gathered. You can feel the energy all around you. Our tour guide knew so much and had the best stories of their history and traditions and customs. We did the group tour with our balloon mates and it was fun getting to know each other better. Lunch was “CHEF KISS”!!! Try the fresh passion fruit marg. VIVA MEXICO!!!!!!! Oh also, we bought the drone and picture packet from the hot air balloon experience and they gave us a free printout!!!! So cool!!!!

Didn’t get to experience - Unfortunately was cancelled due to weather so we weren’t able to experience this. I was glad we were told the night before to avoid a 4 am wake up.

Teotihuacan - We were blown away by our experience touring the pyramids of Teotihuacan. Our guide, Angela was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging with our group. She answered all of our questions and ensured a high quality experience for every group member. Would recommend to anyone interested in the history of México’s native people.

The Highlight of our Trip - A fantastic experience from the very beginning to the very end. Javier (the host) took into account everything and made sure the experience was smooth and with zero hiccups. The flight and the view - once in a lifetime experience. Angela (the guide) was extremely knowledgeable about the Teotihuacan complex. Everyone was friendly and nice. No tourist traps and no upselling of anything. Highly recommended.

Disappointed - I was charged twice for this even after telling the driver that I had already been charged. After the ride they realized I was right and said they would credit the double charge. I was a solo passenger. While I was waiting with the group I rode with for the balloon to be ready, someone pulled me out of my group and placed me with another group that was already about to board. That group had already taken their photos in front of the balloon before takeoff. When we returned and everyone was looking at their images, I realized there were no photos of me posing before the flight. It made me sad to see that everyone else was able to purchase that photo except for me. I spoke to the person who moved me and explained how I felt, but he didn’t seem to care and told me “no one buys those photos anyway.” I was really looking forward to having that picture as a memory of the experience, and being denied that opportunity made the experience less enjoyable for me.
