Balloon ride over Teotihuacan pyramids - Katie tours is well run and communicate regularly. The day of the ride We were warmly and energetically greeted by Ginny who was our expert driver, director and tour guide. The Balloon operators were expert and the experience was top notch. My husband and I are so glad we took part in this experience. It Truly exceeded our expectations after the balloon ride we had breakfast in the caves which was unique and well run. The quality of the food could have been better but as an experience it was worth it. Ginny was our tour guide for Teotihuacan pyramids. Ginny was knowledgeable and kept us very entertained. 100% this is a must do for everyone.

Simply remarkable - I have wanted to take a hot air balloon ride forever and simply didn't even having lots of opportunities. This was phenomenal. First, the service crew is exceptional. They remembered my name and were very attentive checking in all day. You get to see the balloon inflated. Have photos taken. Enjoy coffee when you arrive. Our flight began a bit cloudy and it was magical. Then the sun appeared and the view of Teotihuacan was amazing. Seeing all the other balloons, a herd of goats, and the fire inside the balloon- it was just so special. The landing is also a treat. You just don't know where it will be! Then you head off to breakfast but they have a sparkling wine toast waiting for you! Our visit to Teotihuacan was perhaps a bit brief, it's a lot of ground to cover, but simply walking the length of the Moon Pyramid up the Avenue of the Dead to the Pyramid of the Sun is breathtaking. They supply you with water and even have hats! This is a top notch experience!

We had a great time with... - We had a great time with Enjoy Life Mexico and would truly recommend booking with them! Everyone from the driver, tour guide, etc provided great customer service, good communication and were very proactive. Our ride was cancelled due to bad weather but we were able to reschedule for the next day and had a great time.

Highly recommend! - I highly recommend this tour. Our driver, Roberto, was an exceptional driver and was very attentive to our every need, despite language barriers. He went above and beyond to make this experience special for us. The hot air balloon ride was incredible, and felt safe and secure. The breakfast in the cave was a unique and tasty experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anybody.

So fun, great value, book now! - My friends and I made core memories during this excursion. The value for the experience is 10/10! Our tour guide Jennie was AMAZING! Supper knowledgeable, accommodating and funny. I would book this experience again and I would recommend it to anyone looking to go hot air ballooning for the first time with friends. The fact that you get transportation to and from your airbnb, breakfast, and tour the temples is an unbeatable and high value, affordable package. If you are thinking about it, just book it!

Hot air ballooning in Mexico City - The staff were super nice, polite and helpful. The experience was amazing. However, instead of landing on plain ground, we landed in a cactus field!!
