Learned so much about Mexico City from a very knowledgeable guide - Travelled quite extensively and Emiliano was one of our top favourite tour guides. Super knowledgeable and was able to offer the perfect combination of history, politics, humorous stories and recommendations. We’ve tried out several and all are highlights. Highly recommend this tour of Histórico Centro & Emiliano’s guidance was definitely a bonus.

Excellent Guide - Well worth the tour! - Lots of walking and extremely informative. The guide spoke excellent English. We saw several things in the downtown area that we would not have known about. We had the opportunity to go back and visit a few of the guides recommendations and we were very happy.

Total Tourism Experience in Just a Few Blocks of Mexico City Center with Emiliano - Emiliano was a superb guide. Very fluent in English even for me, since sadly I am challenged by accents. We enjoyed his wide-ranging knowledge, from history to politics, food to architecture, he hit all the topics we love to learn about. The pace was good, and his voice was strong enough to be heard over construction, music and protests. The cathedral of the Assumption was especially interesting for it’s beauty, storied past, and dangerous predicament due to soil shifts and earthquakes. The engineering used to keep it standing and secure is amazing. Thanks, Emiliano! Muy excellente!

The tour was okay, but I... - The tour was okay, but I wouldn’t say it is a “must”. It was a fairly large group which made it hard to hear sometimes with many similar tours happening simultaneously. The guide also had an axe to grind for Frida Kahlo which seemed odd. He said Diego Rivera finished some of her paintings and that her reputation as a feminist isn’t accurate because her body hair was a result of being bedridden and unable to groom herself rather than a feminist choice.

Missed the BEST historic buildings - The reviews were amazing and so we were really looking forward to our tour and learning about THE HISTORY of the area. However, our guide came up way short.
