Family fun day! - Originally I went to Mexico to visit my family who lives in the city. My family does not speak English or understand English. Although the tour was provided in English for obvious reasons, the tour guide was super kind to my aunt and niece. He was attentive to everyone and ensuring everyone was having a great time. My aunt and nephew felt very comfortable and welcomed.

Breathtaking adventure with an excellent tour company, well organized - Couldn't be happier or more impressed with this tour and experience. You'll be lucky if you get Danny as a guide-- his jokes, local history, and patient skill at keeping the group organized while still letting us be independent, made the whole day better. And he is friends with all the dogs you meet on the way. Aside from that, everything was paced perfectly, and the tour provides everything you need. The van was comfortable to ride in for the voyage, and we stopped enough times to stretch our legs. I loved this tour and plan to book it again when I return!

Well Organized Fun! - It was well organized, the guide was very professional and very sweet. The hot springs were relaxing and you get to see some amazing waterfalls and enter a cool cave! The whole trip was comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. Highly recommend it for anyone thinking of doing it. I greatly appreciated the pick up and drop off to Mexico City, although I do wish they could have dropped us off at the same location they picked us up from (our hotel). Nevertheless I understand it was easier for them since it was a long day already and to do individual drop offs would have made their day a lot longer.

Great Tour - You start your tour bright and early. Our tour guide was Alex and was very informative. First stop is breakfast with it was yummy. Then you head over to Tolantongo. Upon arrival they handed us a backpack with everything we needed, headlamp, phone protector, water bottle, and towel. The visit was beautiful and the water is warm. You start at the Pools, them headed to the caves and ended at the river. The water is just like the pictures show. We also have the option to purchase lunch which we did and the food was good. At the end our guide gave us a clean towel, soap and shampoo to shower. On our way back we got snacks. Be advised they don't drop you off at your pick up location, instead we were dropped of at the Angel de La Independencia, but taking Uber was no problem. I do highly recommend this trip.

Awesome! - Leo is the best guide, ezequiel is a very well experienced driver and the experience is amazing! Beautiful place and well thought itinerary. Leo gave us a bag with towel, waterproof case and basic supplies to use during the tour. I recommend to get the option with lunch included - easier.

Would 100% recommend but expect a few hiccups - Honestly wish I could give this a 5-Star review as our tour guide Adrian was fantastic! Very caring about each and every single one of us. Very informative about the tour, the locations, and their history. Communication between himself and our tour group was top notch! The hot springs not only felt amazing, but the atmosphere was incredible.! Zip-Lining was an experience you must experience to believe! The cave exploration and beautiful river was both incredible! However, the only reason I couldn’t give it 5-Star was the tour does have a few hiccups. First the drive to the locations and back were beyond Rocky and did a number on our backs! Also our tour actually started late because we waited for people who came way past the time they were supposed to…if you can’t be on time that’s your problem and shouldn’t cut into the time of others who followed directions. Lastly, the lunch at the restaurant was so-so at best. They did mess up my order which was bad enough but even if they had not the food was nothing special. So would I recommend this tour?? ABSOLUTELY! We had an amazing time other than the few key parts I mentioned. You will have an amazing time….but it won’t be perfect. Please be on time for the sake of others and don’t expect gourmet food. Hope and pray that you get Adrian as he was a spectacular tour guide!!!
