Well-paced, complete, and... - Well-paced, complete, and culturally fascinating. Our guide was helpful and there were no communication issues. Definitely recommend!

Exceptional and outstanding - Exceptional! Outstanding!! Charlie and Victor were so awesome from the very first minute at pick up location and throughout the entire tour to our drop off location. Very friendly and courteous! Charlie is very safe in driving and Victor is so friendly and knowledgeable of all the details and history. Everything is just so memorable and outstanding experience.

Pyramid Tour - The tour guide Rafe was excellent and explained things well. He was well versed in his knowledge of the pyramids.

Great Guide, But Too Much Time Wasted at Tourist Traps - The tour guide was very knowledgeable, fun, and friendly, which made the experience enjoyable. However, we did not appreciate the lengthy stop at a tourist trap—it felt like a waste of time. The lunch stop was also disappointing: overpriced, poor quality, and clearly aimed at tourists. Both stops ran far too long and unfortunately cut short our visit to the Basilica at the end.

Bit of a tourist trap - The main purpose of this trip seemed to be taking us to some tourist tat shop and then taking us back there for a disappointing overpriced lunch. It's a real shame because the sites themselves were really interesting. Would have been great to spend more time at Teotihuacán in particular - barely had time to see the whole site before we were supposed to be leaving it.

Uninterested and hurried guide made for an unpleasant experience - I was very excited about and ready to enjoy this tour, as getting the tickets and transportation confirmed was an organized and easy experience. Unfortunately, my friend and I had a pretty lacklustre experience. Our tour guide was brusque, uninterested, and did not seem particularly well informed — several times she’d start explaining something about the sites we visited, then stop saying it would take too long to explain or she couldn’t remember the details. Nearly every stop felt needlessly hurried for a 9 hour tour, as if we were just going to check off a box. This felt especially annoying considering we were given an excessive amount of time to browse at various tourist gift shops or street vendors. She also consistently emphasized that vendors could give us a good price, which seemed confusing until we saw her sending pictures of people’s receipts to someone on WhatsApp — my guess is that she was earning a good commission each time a group member purchased something at the preferred vendor. At the Basilica, we spent about 35 minutes in a gift shop only to be told we could only visit the actual churches for 10 minutes. Many in my group were very upset by this — one couple, à pair that had come all the way from NYC to see these holy sites, had chosen this tour specifically for this stop. When our frustration and desire to stay longer was brought up to our guide, she became very defensive and blamed the timing on the tour company. I can’t speak to the accuracy of that statement, but if that’s true, I wouldn’t recommend this tour at all. However, I think the overall itinerary, communication from the company, and the safety practices of the driver were great, so I suspect that if we had been accompanied by a different guide we would have had a much more satisfying experience.
