Make sure you ask for the... - Make sure you ask for the elevator if you are mobility impaired. The walk up the hill is steep! We went early on a Wednesday and didn't really need to skip-the-line because there was no line!

Nadia - Nadia took us through a very detailed tour of the castle and answered all of my questions. I loved that she took pictures for us throughout.

Castle tour. - We picked up a local tour guide right there at the entrance to the castle. He was very informative. The views from the castle are amazing and the history of the castle was very interesting. Just a heads up, if you are not a walker then this might not be the tour for you. I’m not sure if they allow handicap vehicles beyond the entrance at the bottom of the hill, but if they don’t you’ll have a 1/3 mile (1/2 km) hike ahead of you just to the entrance of the castle. Then you have the first floor and second floor to visit. It wasn’t a steep hill to climb but it is long and you also have the altitude to deal with. Also, they don’t allow water bottles, gum or snacks into the castle so if you have any of these, there are lockers at the bottom of the hill that you can leave these or your backpack in. Enjoy, it is a beautiful tour.

Great Time - Had a great time, the skip the line was well worth it. The experience itself, the view, the history was amazing. I would for sure recommend it, and the park around it is very cool as well.

The company never reached... - The company never reached out prior to our tour with the time of the guided tour and admission. It was not on any confirmation emails and they were unresponsive to our attempt to message them through Viator. Disappointed that we were denied the option to reschedule after they informed us at noon that we missed a 8:50am tour (we never picked this time and again were not given any notice that was our scheduled time).

Worst experience - It was one of the worst experience on this tour. We reached our meeting point but could not locate the guide since there was no communication from him about his or her whereabouts. We ran around and ask people to identify them. We missed the tour and lost our money. We asked TripAdvisor for refund but it was declined. We will never book any trip through them.

Decepcionante - Es un fraude SI SE HACEN FILAS Y ADEMÁS NO ACLARAN QUE LOS NACIONALES NO DEBEN PAGAR It's a scam if they make people wait in line and also don't clarify that nationals shouldn't have to pay.

This is a total scam, at the Castle entrance the employees said the tickets were not valid! - At the castle entrance we were told the tickets were not valid, we had to buy them there children under 12 are free, but Viator charges per child as well.. We ask to two more employees there and said the same.

Clunky and frustrating ticketing experience - Buying a “skip the line” is not worth it! Everyone lines up in one line so there is no advantage. And, for those over 60 it’s FREE which is not advertised clearly. When you buy the Viator ticket they send you a “voucher” which is not a ticket. Another company (not Viator) emails you the ticket but it does not clearly load as an attachment and cannot be added to your Apple wallet so not easy to show. Unfortunately, we don’t speak Spanish and the (2) ticket booth personnel speak no English so getting in becomes stressful.
