hunting lodge. - beautiful hunting lodge of the royal family, although almost entirely rebuilt and recently opened to the public. Unfortunately you visit so many empty rooms that do not make full life then, but I have to say a great job.

Outstanding! - Just beautiful... and to think that it had been abandoned and turned into warehouses, stables, troop rooms. A recovery and meticulous restoration that give us in its elegant Baroque splendor. There are many salons that deserve attention, but the magnificent reception hall remains etched in the memory and heart. The gardens are a perfect example of botanical architecture and the reconstruction of the fountains allows you to understand how rich the artistic decorations were. Inside the Palace there are also exhibition spaces and we had the opportunity to visit two current exhibitions: one dedicated to Fernand Lerger (French artist of the 1960s/70s who had a lot of influence on some of his colleagues of the time) and the one on the doges who ruled Genoa. Beautiful set-ups.

Beautiful exhibition - I went to see the exhibition "Magnificent collections", beautiful and very well organized exhibition, I went on Wednesday and there were few people, which allowed me to admire the works on display in the best way. At the end of the visit I asked for information to a very kind lady of the staff; I wanted to buy the catalog and, since I am disabled, I have difficulty walking, the lady gave me all the necessary information and I could send my daughter-in-law to make the purchase. I thank again the lady whose name I did not ask. Congratulations for the excellent organization and the kind assistance received.

Palace of Venaria - If you come to Turin The Reggia di Venaria is a must-see. I recommend taking the Turin card with which you enter for free in all museums and royal palaces. The palace is more beautiful than the Royal Palace. I recommend adding € 6 ticket and take the guide otherwise you do not understand the beauty of the interior. Such a ticket It can be purchased on site.

Turin Treasure - Made a quick decision to make a visit here, which was well worth it. We covered the whole house & gardens, which was really worth it. History of the house & what it has seen was a revelation, early flight was unexpected, the use by the military & then the decline, from which it has recovered to be a stunning place to visit. The Long hall was so eye catching, please take a look at the various pieces of decoration along the hall, some will make you laugh. Then we spent time in the Gardens, which with the mountain backdrop are just awesome & make for some great photos. As it was open to 7pm, we made the most of the warm evening, spending time sitting by the lake. A great day out.

So many things to see. - The Palace itself is interesting, but, not to be missed, the temporary exhibition "Magnificent collections". Important works from the national museums of Genoa, from the Spinola Palace of Fur and others. Works by Rubens, Van Dyck, Gentileschi (Orazio), Guido Reni are on display. Maratta. Giordano and others. Beautiful Mood with tinted windows that allows you to see the depths of the paintings. I really appreciated it. Less interesting is that of modern art that can be visited in the Citroneria dedicated to the works of Anthony Mc Call "Solid Light" where some of his light sculptures are presented. It's my limit, but I didn't appreciate it. In the tour you can see on display the Throne of the restored Royal Palace of Naples, this one in the Queen's Parade Chamber. In Diana's room you can see a Multimedia installation entitled "Frames" that I honestly did not look at, while to see are the 64 ink drawings of the 70s by Francesco Tullio Altan always exhibited in the room of the Arts. In the Gardens you can admire various art installations. It's worth the time and expense.

Good work of recovery - The rooms are bare and besides the gardens and the central lounge, the rest is disappointing. Restoration fruit very important. Beautiful church and stables
