Beautiful❤️ - Really beautiful. So many well-structured floors, so many rooms to relax in! Elegant, cozy, themed rooms. Five hours of pure relaxation!

Qc a guarantee!! - Being in the city center certainly does not allow you to enjoy the views of other structures .. but the center is very elegant and nice! Entrances I would say suitable for spaces, good cleaning and very nice Christmas decorations! Maybe calling back someone who raises their voice wouldn't hurt.

Relax or Stress? - Price always increased without any extra service. Very crowded, a money machine. Decent changing rooms but showers with dirty floors. People talking loudly without any of the staff intervening. Especially if they're in a group. Disappointing aperitif is little, months after our visit, usual carbohydrates and fried. Tray with 4 olives and 4 pieces of parmesan. Waiters who seem to be bothering him the sooner you leave the better. We got up to serve ourselves more drinks, and back at the table they had taken everything from us...
Forget the old and prestigious QC Terme in capital letters

Also "never again" - Location always beautiful. Reception with friendly staff, a bit robotic in explanations. Changing rooms with dated lockers and inoperable safes (lack of batteries or broken).I changed 3 lockers to not be able to use it. Support staff totally absent, despite the request. Tubs not always spotless... Aperitif? Food overflowing with over-fried oil with poor quality carbonated drinks. Finally, the waiting staff (room controllers and cleaning staff) with abrupt, grumpy manners and zero kindness. Not worth the price. Except for the beauty of the Villa that houses the Spa, and its magnificent interior fittings. For the rest also "never again".

Disappointing - With regard to your experience on Saturday 21, I have some concerns.
- At the reception I was shown a brochure with the times of the events with an invitation to photograph it and I was told by voice the locations where they would take place, but it was impossible to follow them because the phone was in the changing room, the structure I did not know so I could not focus the places, in the structure there are no signs remembering times and place. The only one I remembered and did was "foot bath" I dare say embarrassing because I was given a bowl of baking soda to add to the water: it can not be called an event!
- several dispensers were empty: those of the foot bath, those of the perfumes of the break room of the stories, some of the changing room.
- the herbal tea drunk at 1pm was fragrant and pleasant, at 4pm it was watered down
- in the structure there is no staff to ask for information, you must necessarily return to the reception (not short path).

Without thermal water - It is not accurate to call them spas, there is no thermal water, it is a good spa. All beautiful locations and beautiful spas but poor food, nothing healthy, excellent only salads and beer, if you do not eat sausages or cheese no protein, bad first courses. Aperitif all crowded, no saucers, all fried and carbohydrates. Changing rooms with little space to sit.

Bad. - A chaotic and badly arranged cellar. Never again. Outside three small baths without charm. Never mind the rudeness of the people (not the staff) that is not their fault.

Luxury in name only - I’ve visited multiple QC Terme across Italy. This one feels like a brand cash-out.
The caldarium was cold—28–30°C instead of the promised 36°C. Saunas advertised at 80°C sat at 58°C. These aren’t technical glitches; they’re savings decisions.
The place was blatantly overcrowded, with time slots oversold to the point that guests were queueing in the cold to enter lukewarm pools. Paying premium prices to wait for underheated water is absurd.
The “aperitivo” sealed it: tepid prosecco floating in water with no ice, soggy fried food, zero attention. This is not luxury—this is cost cutting dressed up as atmosphere.
Compared to QC Milan, Garda, Salsomaggiore, or San Pellegrino, Torino is a downgrade in every measurable way. Either management has lost control, or the QC model is quietly hollowing itself out post-Covid.
Once a luxury benchmark. Now just an expensive disappointment.

Spa of Dirty Horrors - More like spa of horrors. I have never seen a bathroom so horrendous in all my travels or life. The showers were flooded with a pool of 4 inches of dirty water and were clogged with balls of hair floating around. There were staff members in the bathroom who did nothing. The walls in the showers had black mold towards the ceiling. Half the water activities didn't work fully or were broken, hot tubs that said they were 37 degrees were more like 26, half the foot tubs didn't work, several of the saunas were lukewarm at best, and the apperitivo was all bread and the gf option was a bag of chips and 1/4 of an apple and literally 4 cheese cubes you had to split with your companion. Staff was grumpy. I've been to the Milan location several times and it was way more interesting and clean .This one was a huge disappointment to say the least. And a health hazard!

MY "NOT EXPERIENCE" - Unfortunately my "non-experience" with qc terme disappointed me terribly.
I had a voucher with 2 entries that expired on November 3rd, but when I remembered it was November 15th.
I write an email asking to still be able to take advantage of the vouchers even possibly with a small surcharge and I was answered that in a very exceptional way they would have allowed me to "recover" them with the payment of 1 full rate entrance, from Monday to Friday and by December 8.
It seems to me a very undemocratic answer..
