Hidden treasure trove of wine and food (tip - stay on for dinner and more wine by the glass after the tasting) - Alessandro’s enoteca and restaurant is a beautiful contemporary space. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about food and wine. The quality of the food he served was truly excellent, local cheese, black salt, roasted pepper with tonnello sauce and a caponata but Piemonte style, plus frittata - and as for the wine, I am now an Alta Langa convert! Next time I will return with friends to try all the dishes at the restaurant and more of the piedmont wines. Grazie mille Alessandro .
